Clan War League Medals can exclusively be obtained through participating in the Clan Wars League. Unlike other items, these medals cannot be bought but are granted based on your clan’s success within the league as well as your individual accomplishments. To earn them, here’s what you need to do:
1. Join a clan and participate actively in the Clan Wars League.
2. Contribute effectively to your clan’s victories, ensuring that your team performs well during battles.
3. Keep up your individual performance, showing consistent skill and dedication throughout each battle.
4. The medals will be awarded based on your collective efforts and individual contributions within the league.
- Clan Placement in CWL: The higher your clan ranks, the more medals everyone receives. As expected, finishing first fetches the highest.
- Stars Earned in Wars: You earn a percentage of medals based on the number of stars they collect.
- Bonus Medals from Leaders: Clan Leaders and Co-Leaders can distribute extra medals to top-performing members. You’ll be notified about the same in the clan chat.
As your group rises in the War League standings, you’ll see larger rewards distributed. For instance, a clan in Crystal III receives a greater portion compared to one in Gold I. This principle also applies to bonus medals. If you’re just starting out, the CWL tutorial awards you 50 League Medals.
How to spend League Medals in CoC
Enjoying your shopping spree is understandable! You’ve got a secure haven for all your purchases called the League Shop, where you can find various items. It’s always wise to focus on Hammers first as they bypass both resource and upgrade time requirements. However, keep in mind that Hammers have a 7-day cooling period, so you’ll need to wait a week before buying the same type again.
During this time, various types of hammers are still available for purchase. You can amass up to 2,500 League Medals; any surplus is converted into 1 Gem for every 10 medals. It’s more efficient to use your medals thoughtfully instead of relying on conversion. Builder Potions can expedite several construction tasks. Try not to spend medals on gold or elixir, as these resources are abundant and can be easily obtained through farming.
