I’m so hyped for the next season of Clash of Clans! The Gold Pass is getting some really cool updates, but that’s not all – Supercell is adding a ton of new stuff. We’re finally getting higher levels for our troops and defenses, plus a brand new Spell Tower! And if that wasn’t enough, they’re letting us upgrade 75 more walls, and there’s a totally new pet coming called the Greedy Raven. It’s going to be awesome!

New Pet: Greedy Raven
I’m so excited about the latest update! The biggest news is definitely the new pet – the Greedy Raven! You can unlock it by upgrading your Pet House to level 12. It’s a bit of a grind, though – the upgrade costs 25.5 million Elixir and takes 13 days and 12 hours to complete.
Once you unlock the Greedy Raven, it begins at Level 1 and can be improved with Dark Elixir. When fully upgraded, it has 3,500 health and deals 155 damage per second. Its biggest strength is that it deals five times the normal damage to buildings that store resources.

This unit deals 775 damage per second to buildings that store resources, like Town Halls and collectors. It can hit targets up to 8 tiles away and will focus on resource buildings first. If there aren’t any resource buildings nearby, it will attack defenses or enemy troops instead.
Honestly, this thing is a beast when I’m farming. It just tears through Storages and Town Halls so fast, making resource raids way quicker. It’s also super useful when my Warden or Queen is going after those compartments packed with resources – it helps them clear things out really efficiently.
New Spell Tower: Earthquake Spell Tower
The most significant defensive update revealed so far is the Earthquake Spell Tower. Once you upgrade your Spell Tower to Level 4, you can change it to Earthquake mode. This upgrade requires 27 million Gold and takes 14 days to complete, not including any boosts.
The Earthquake Spell Tower damages ground troops within its range for 30% of their health when activated. It doesn’t affect flying units. To activate the tower, ground troops need to stay within range for 1.2 seconds. After firing, the tower takes 50 seconds to recharge.
Earthquake Spell gets new Levels and Mechanics
The Earthquake Spell is being improved with new levels and a significant change to how it works. Instead of a fixed amount of damage, it now deals damage based on a percentage of an enemy unit’s health. As you upgrade the spell, this percentage increases, reaching up to 14% damage at the highest levels.
This upgrade might not seem like much on its own, but it’s really useful when paired with strategies that involve weakening enemy heroes with Fireball. If you often use Fireball to lower an enemy’s health, the improved Earthquake ability can reliably take them out completely.

When will the Clash of Clans February 2026 update release
We don’t have a firm date yet, but it’s expected to launch early next week. I’ll let you know if I hear any further details.
