Clash of Clans: How to beat the OverlordRHODES Challenge
Fans of Clash of Clans, get ready for another thrilling month as we launch a fresh season of Clashamania starting April 2025! This new phase will introduce WWE-style action into the game. As part of the upcoming events, the first challenge is titled the OverlordRHODES Challenge within Clash of Clans.
As a devoted Clash of Clans player, I’m excited to share some strategies for conquering the Overlord RHODES Challenge! Once more, this challenge boasts a formidable foundation, but fear not; we’ve got multiple tactics and steps up our sleeves. So, let’s delve into the essential knowledge required to triumph over the Overlord RHODES Challenge in Clash of Clans!
Introducing the OverlordRHODES Challenge in Clash of Clans
As the name implies, you’ll need to conquer Cody Rhodes’ Town Hall 15, which might seem challenging at first glance. However, upon closer inspection, there are several weak spots and easier sections that we can leverage to achieve a three-star victory on this map.

The prizes will be handed out similarly to past competitions; you’ll get additional resources, 400 XP, 25 Gems, and one Hero Potion as well. For now, it appears that the team’s strategy won’t alter the current distribution of these rewards anytime in the near future.

Before launching the assault, I’d advise you to review the makeup of our troops first, as there are numerous units that could potentially confuse you. Among them are some exceptional troops known as Super Troops. If you haven’t done so already, I recommend trying out a few practice battles with your army composition before proceeding with the attack.
Begin the assault from the lower left base corner. In this location, station a Super Miner and a Healer at the Spell Factory. Mimic this arrangement on the upper left corner of the base as well, for the purpose of destroying buildings outside the wall while keeping other troops confined within.
Among these locations, you’ll see two Cannon placements with some distance in between. You should deploy your Golem at one and Clan Castle troops at the other. Additionally, you might notice a few traps being tripped off, but given that you have heavy troops, there’s no need to be concerned about it.

Arrange your Root Riders at the rear, then position your two Healers, followed by four Balloons. Right in the middle, deploy Super Miner, Valkyrie, two Headhunters, Apprentice Warden, Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Grand Warden, and Royal Champion.
or
Place your Root Riders at the back, then situate your Healers, followed by Balloons (4 of them). In the center, insert Super Miner, Valkyrie, two Headhunters, Apprentice Warden, Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Grand Warden, and Royal Champion.
or
Position Root Riders at the end, then line up your Healers, followed by Balloons (4 in total). Place Super Miner, Valkyrie, two Headhunters, Apprentice Warden, Barbarian King, Archer Queen, Grand Warden, and Royal Champion right in the middle.
All these sentences convey the same meaning but are phrased slightly differently for variety and readability.
Afterwards, cast the Overgrowth Charm on the Clan Castle, restricting the functionality of the Eagle Artillery, Monolith, and Inferno Towers, thereby lessening incoming attacks as you eliminate the troops within the Clan Castle. When the Overgrowth spell expires, apply a Freeze Spell to the Eagle Artillery, Inferno Towers, and Clan Castle simultaneously, followed by the deployment of a Rage Spell in the same area.
In the heat of battle, make sure to employ the King and Warden skills when it matters most. To take down that tightly-packed group swiftly, cast your Freeze Spell first on the Town Hall and Monolith, then follow up with a Rage Spell. However, the use of your heroes’ abilities should be based on the specific needs of each situation.
Use King and Warden powers as needed during combat. To eliminate a large group fast, freeze the Town Hall and Monolith first, then rage them out. Use your hero’s skills according to the battle demands.
While marching my troops toward the enemy base from the right flank, I’ll cast Skeleton Spells to divert their defenses first. With any luck, I’ve still got some other spells up my sleeve for a swift takedown. Once the chaos subsides, I’ll deploy my remaining troops to sweep through any remaining structures, aiming for that elusive three-star victory!
