In August 2025, Clash of Clans is set to launch another collaborative clan event, this time centered around heroes instead of gold. Dubbed as the “Hero Rush” event, it shares a similar structure with the previous “Gold Rush” event but replaces the gold-focused theme with a hero-centric challenge.

Overview and Event Progression

From August 13th through August 20th, 2025, this seven-day event offers players the unique opportunity to launch attacks with their heroes during upgrade periods. The objective is straightforward: accumulate as much dark elixir as you can, transform it into regular elixir, and donate it to your clan to earn milestone bonuses.

When the event commences, a refreshment stand offering soda will materialize in the upper-left corner of your village. This stand serves as an entrance to the Hero Rush interface, a place where you can view your contributions, check the clan leaderboard, and redeem rewards. Concurrently, you’ll also gather Pop elixir along with any Dark Elixir you collect.

You can accomplish this task through multiplayer fights, extra loot rewards, dark elixir production facilities, and the loot wagon. Gaining dark elixir by defeating enemy leaders is also included, making Head Hunters a strategic troop choice for this event due to their value.

Essentially, when your dark elixir reserves are already at capacity, you’ll keep getting pop elixir from raids as an extra benefit, ensuring no resources go unused. On the other hand, for resources such as drills and loot carts, you need to have available storage space to collect the pop elixir.

Contributing to Clans

Just as during the Gold Rush, members of a clan collaborate closely to achieve common goals. Notably, this occasion permits contributions from more than the usual 50 members, with up to 100 individuals working together in total.

To be eligible for any rewards your clan achieves during your membership, you simply need to make at least one contribution. Each contribution moves us closer to the next milestone. Even if you reach your individual reward limit, you’re still welcome and encouraged to keep contributing.

Rewards Earned

In Hero Rush, the prizes are linked to the overall contributions made by your clan. There are 20 chests up for grabs, with milestones varying from 250,000 to 30,000,000 Pop Elixir in total contributions. These contributions can earn you rewards such as 750 Splash Medals and more. The grand prize is even a Clashiversary Scenario.

In simpler terms, advancing through higher levels yields better prizes, eventually offering a significant amount of resources and several potions. Different from Clan Games, you can immediately claim rewards once your clan achieves a level; however, it’s necessary to stay within the clan to gather these rewards.
