As someone who has spent countless hours immersed in the captivating world of Clash of Clans, I eagerly anticipate each new season and the fresh sceneries they bring. The upcoming July 2024 season promises a grand Roman-inspired spectacle that will undoubtedly set a majestic tone for the games to come.

As a long-time player of Clash of Clans, I must say that this year has been nothing short of impressive for the game. The fresh updates have kept it engaging and visually stunning, with one particular area standing out – the Home Village Scenery. It’s clear that the CoC team has poured a lot of effort into creating breathtaking backdrops for our villages in every update.

The Scenery is nothing but a skin for your arena/village. It adds a decorative touch to the outskirts of your village, giving it a unique look. The inclusion of the Scenery feature remained optional, requiring players to either purchase from the in-game shop or get it from the Gold Pass if it arrives. We currently have the Classic Scenery for free while the rest have to be claimed.

As a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled to discuss the upcoming Archer Queen skins slated for 2024! At present, we’ve already seen three unique designs grace our favorite character. Two of these fabulous skins belong to the Legendary class, with the inaugural Gold Pass skin making its debut in season 3 of 2024. Let’s take a closer look at each one below.

1. Dragon Palace Scenery

In the spirit of the Lunar New Year Celebration of 2024, the February season of that year showcased extraordinary hero costumes and continued the popular theme with the enchanting “Dragon Palace Scene.” The scene features a brightly illuminated underwater backdrop in shades of blue, where the focal point is the dragon’s imposing head surrounded by coral reefs and aquatic plants. At the top right corner, there’s a red carpet leading to a building with shell-adorned roofs, culminating in a lush garden.

In the backdrop, you’ll notice a path reminiscent of the iconic Great Wall of China. To the left, there’s another carpet, adorned with an ornate entrance in shades of gold and yellow. Towards the Southeast corner, you can spot globes depicting a barbarian figure, a slumbering giant, and a craftsman busily working. Additionally, there’s a shipwreck that seems to have released gold and fireworks.

2. Space Scenery

The 2024 Gold Pass event in March with its Space theme failed to impress as the hero skins fell short of expectations. Yet, the Space backdrop was visually appealing. A pipeline encircles the map, a tanker vehicle transports between structures, notably the one on the top-left corner, and there are large tanks filled with dark elixir scattered throughout.

If you zoom in, you’ll spot a hovercraft suspended above, filled with patches of dark liquid resembling elixir pools that eventually propel it into flight. As the miniature tanker starts to move, goblin carts retaliate with laser attacks. Surrounding the crater are greenhouses and machinery drilling the surface. The landscape also features fissures emitting a peculiar pink glow, a wrecked spaceship, and an individually designed blimp equipped with glass globes and thrusting engines.

3. Egypt Scenery

Released on: April 2024

Inspired by the grandeur of Ancient Egypt, the April 2024 Gold Pass showcased an enhanced Egyptian Landscape. Noticeably, this landscape features a flowing river, presumed to be the Nile, which served as the foundation of their civilization.

In the Northwest, there’s a sizable golden head resembling a pharaoh, boasting blue eyes, along with surrounding monoliths. Should you take a look around, you’ll discover wooden ladders to ascend the area, which is quite fascinating. Additionally, you’ll come across a portal featuring an Anubis statue and a pyramid that shoots beams to activate it.

4. Football Scenery

With the announcement of the Football Season starring Erling Haaland, it became clear that the backdrop for May 2024 would be Football-centric, and it was truly captivating. The arrangement mirrors a stadium, with a football pitch at its heart, encircled by diverse structures and seating areas. Most notably, a massive golden football adorns the entrance to the dressing rooms.

The seating resembles rivalry as well, with red and blue sections indicating the support of different teams. Towers with banners and flames on top add to the grandeur, while the stadium entrance gives a feel of a “royal football“ match. The surrounding environment is lush and mountainous, with the stadium standing alone in the landscape.

5. Wild West Scenery

In June 2024, when the Wild West season debuted in Clash of Clans, it seemed to deviate from its usual high standard. Compared to the previous scenes, it was somewhat ordinary. The scene presents a desert landscape dotted with cacti and rocky outcrops, reminiscent of an old-fashioned Western settlement. Upon closer inspection, you’ll notice that the central area is relatively sparse, featuring fewer tiles than usual.

On the left, there appears to be water, possibly an illusion or perhaps it’s an island with numerous cracks, giving it a rugged mountainous appearance. The area seems to be reminiscent of the Wild West, with a train track running along its border, wooden buildings, windmills, rocky outcrops, and cliffs. Additionally, goblins dressed in cowboy hats can be seen wandering around.

6. Clash Games Scenery

In July 2024, you’ll find yourself in an environment that resembles last season’s football setting. Just like before, you’ll be immersed in a scene surrounded by stands filled with enthusiastic spectators, but this time around, there won’t be a football game taking place.

The design of the architecture is reminiscent of ancient Roman styles, characterized by grand statues bearing shields, columns, and arches adorned with banners. Scattered around are flickering torch lights, while golden accents gracefully embellish the structures. This creates a regal atmosphere, hinting that exciting games will take place here.

7. Anime Scenery

Released on: August 2024

The anime landscape, debuting during the August 2024 Anime Season, showcases a lively, hand-drawn countryside nestled between a castle and a quaint town. To the northwest, you’ll find grassy cliffs adorned with waterfalls and imposing stone sculptures of the Barbarian King and the Royal Champion. In the northeast, there stands a castle fortified by walls, boasting two golden statues of kings at its entrance and gunners on the rooftop brandishing spears.

In the Southeast, you’ll find a beach adorned with wooden bridges, a cave shaped like a barbarian’s head, and a massive stone helmet that looks like it belongs to a P.E.K.K.A. In the Southwest, there’s a lake near a tiny town, featuring a stone tower and a pier where different Clash characters are casting their lines. The Builder base boat is crafted from light wood, with worn-out sails if not repaired. Background music tailored to the scenery plays as you take it all in.

When will the next Clash of Clans Home Village Scenery release in 2024

In the game Clash of Clans, the way new Scenery items tend to appear typically adheres to a straightforward system, but it can be challenging to accurately forecast when they’ll show up. Unlike Hero Skins which may occasionally be included among the Gold Pass rewards during a specific season, Sceneries are seldom distributed.

Generally, you can buy these items directly from the game’s store. The release schedule for these landscapes may fluctuate. Sometimes there’s one per month, but sometimes a month could pass without any new landscape being released. However, given the regularity of the past few months, it’s likely we’ll see a new landscape in the September 2024 season.
