Yet, Christine extended invitations mainly to her immediate family members (around 15), not recognizing any other individuals present at the celebrations.

On The Shizzio Show podcast, Christine shared that her autism often complicates social interactions, and she finds comfort in maintaining a tight-knit circle of individuals who are particularly dear to her.

Autism encompasses a variety of conditions marked by difficulties in social interactions, recurring patterns of behavior, issues with verbal and non-verbal communication.

She described her wedding as incredibly large, with many unfamiliar faces, yet it was still impressive, she remarked about her marriage to her former spouse, Paddy.

Amongst those I recognized as family, there were barely fifteen of us. However, the grand total of attendees exceeded two hundred. Nevertheless, it turned out to be a spectacular and unforgettable day!

Talking about her challenges with socializing, Christine mentioned that her sole companion is the singer Duncan James from Blue, someone she’s frequently spotted with. However, she emphasized that her tight-knit group of friends is a matter of personal preference.

At the moment, my only friend is Duncan. I don’t have any others, not a single one. It was just a joke when she said that if people could set up an OnlyFans account, she would create an ‘Only Friends’ account instead.

However, it’s by my own decision as I have numerous connections within the industry, which suits me just fine since I’m pressed for time. Maintaining those relationships is challenging, and I genuinely make an effort, but find myself unable to do so consistently. This leaves me feeling somewhat neglectful towards my friends.

Among colleagues within the industry, you often collaborate and form a tight-knit circle, similar to reality shows such as ‘The Games’ or ‘Hunted’. During the initial period, there might be a WhatsApp group for communication, but as time passes, this group tends to dissolve without any obligation to maintain contact.

However, you occasionally cross paths at gatherings, which I find is a more comfortable arrangement for maintaining our connection.

‘I’m not a social butterfly for the sake of it,’ she added.

Christine mentions that she has a strong bond with her kids – the twins Leo and Penelope, who are 11 years old, as well as Felicity, who is 8 – along with her mom Joanne and other relatives.

I, too, find myself struggling with trust when it comes to meeting new individuals, given my past experiences where trust was misplaced. It’s become clearer to me over time that not everyone acts with pure intentions.

She’s had some disappointments in business, friendships, and romantic relationships, so she’s become quite cautious about herself. As a result, she finds more happiness in choosing to be independent rather than depending on others.
