Honestly, hearing Christine talk about telling her kids about the split with Paddy just broke my heart, but in a good way? She said she was totally shocked by how well they handled it – like, completely ‘blown away’ by their reaction. It’s just so lovely to hear they’re coping, and I’m so proud of those little ones and how understanding they are. I’ve been following their story closely, and this just feels like a little bit of sunshine amidst everything.
The model, 37, was married to TV presenter Paddy for 11 years before they split for good in 2022.
The pair, who wed in 2011, have three children – twins Leo and Penelope, as well as Felicity.
Now that her twins are twelve years old, Christine has shared that they’ve handled her divorce with remarkable maturity.
Christine, who works with the Barratt Redrow Campaign, told DailyMail that she has discussed relationships and what to expect as an adult with the children.
Now that my twins are twelve, we’ve started having some important talks, and I’m amazed by how insightful and mature they are.

I’m incredibly proud of how my children and I connect as a family. We’re open with each other, communicate well, and are good at making sure everyone feels safe and secure. We understand that every family is unique, and we’ve created a normal that works for us.
It’s valuable to show children that a wonderful part of growing up is realizing you always have the freedom to change your decisions.
It’s perfectly alright if you realize you want to be just friends with someone you’re dating, or if you start seeing them more like family than a partner. You’re allowed to change how you view the relationship.
Christine shared that Paddy is a dedicated worker and she really admires his passion for what he does.
She described him as a dedicated and diligent worker, someone who truly loves what he does, and she said she really respects that about him.
He’s motivated me to be more ambitious and self-reliant, to really pursue my goals. I greatly admire his dedication and work ethic, especially considering the sacrifices he’s made – it can’t be easy being away from his family and home.
I totally get that some folks say work can feel like a break, and honestly, being at home can be the tougher gig. And you know what? They’re right.
Christine and Paddy finalized their divorce last summer through a private agreement, after continuing to live together for the benefit of their three children, all of whom have autism.

Christine shared how challenging the split had been, following the listing of the couple’s £6.5 million Cheshire home for sale.
Since my divorce, I decided to try something new and dipped my toe into the world of reality TV with ‘Celebs Go Dating’. Honestly, it was a bit much! The whole experience was pretty overwhelming, and I realized it just wasn’t the right fit for me at that time, so I decided to step away.
She unexpectedly showed up at the show’s finale and admitted she wished she hadn’t quit. She’d heard that Kerry Katona and Jon Lee both found romance on the show, and it made her reconsider her choice.
She playfully lamented that she might have met her soulmate if she hadn’t left, but quickly added that she now feels truly liberated being back with her kids.
