Christine McGuinness beams as she makes a chic exit from BBC studios in a cropped red shirt and carrying a £2k Louis Vuitton bag

I always feel a boost when I finish a fun workday, and Thursday was one of those days! I was leaving the BBC Morning Live studios feeling really good – it’s such a positive environment to be in.

The TV personality and model looked stunning in a red crop top and high-waisted pants, highlighting her fit figure.

She accessorised with towering stilettos and a £2k Louis Vuitton bag as she strutted to her car.

After feeling stressed by the public attention on Celebs Go Dating, Christine has been focusing on work and trying out dating again in recent months.

The model, age 37, and TV presenter Paddy McGuinness, 52, were married for 11 years before finalizing their divorce in 2022.

The model recently started a show called This Changes Everything on Subs.com, a new online platform.

In the season finale of her new series, Christine explored Shibari, the Japanese art of rope work.

I’ve been doing a lot of reflecting lately, and I’ve realized trust and learning to let go have been major hurdles for me over the past couple of years. It’s been a real journey, honestly, figuring that out.

I was starting to believe I’d never be able to trust someone again, or allow myself to truly care for them. It felt like the only way to stay safe – by staying in control of my emotions.

‘But I’m learning that letting go is good sometimes — it’s good to hand over control and trust.’

Christine and Paddy live together in their Cheshire home and share the responsibility of raising their three children: twins Leo and Penelope, and their nine-year-old daughter, Felicity.

Now that her twins are twelve years old, Christine has shared that they’ve handled the divorce with surprising maturity.

Christine told DailyMail that she’s discussed relationships and growing up with her children.

Now that my twins are twelve, we’re starting to have more serious talks, and I’m amazed by how insightful and mature they are.

I’m incredibly proud of how my children and I connect as a family. We’re open with each other, communicate well, and always make sure the kids feel safe and secure, knowing that every family has its own unique way of doing things, and this is simply ours.

I really believe it’s important to show kids that being an adult means you’re allowed to change your mind whenever you want. It’s such a freeing thing, and I wish I’d learned that earlier!

It’s perfectly alright if you’re in a relationship and then decide you’d rather just be friends, or see each other as family instead. You’re free to change how you see things.
