Christina Ricci Sells LA Home for $4.1M
Christina Ricci has put her Silver Lake home for sale, with the asking price of $4.175 million.
As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but share this heartwarming news: The actress, at 45 years of age, is on a mission to find a new abode offering more room due to her graciousness in welcoming family who tragically lost their home in the devastating LA fires. This compassionate act, as I’ve learned from People magazine, underscores not only her generosity but also her deep humanity.
The real estate company handling the house, Compass, verified that the celebrity was searching for a larger home to provide permanent accommodation for her recently displaced relative.
In January, a series of fires in Los Angeles caused damage estimated at more than $30 million to real estate properties. As reported by the LA Times, these events forced approximately 12,900 households to evacuate their homes.
More than half of the buildings in Pacific Palisades were destroyed by fire, and around half of the houses in Altadena suffered the same fate.
Christina’s residence, represented by Compass real estate agent Lorraine Getz, was described by her as exceptional: ‘This property is uniquely rare, and homes similar to it are seldom found, particularly in Silverlake. What sets this home apart is the careful consideration given to every detail, evident in its thoughtful design that optimizes light and space, along with a meticulously structured floor plan.’

Christina’s LA-area home is 3,396 square feet with three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
As a devoted admirer, I’d like to highlight that this stunning abode boasts not one, not two, but three outdoor spaces. There’s a captivating rooftop terrace, a secluded patio gracing the ground level, and a spacious balcony adorning the second floor.
The house is perched over Silver Lake Reservoir, offering panoramic vistas of downtown Los Angeles and the surrounding mountains.
According to Lorraine, this house is primarily designed to showcase stunning vistas – among the finest in Silver Lake. The rooftop terrace truly amplifies the experience.
Located at the summit of a private cul-de-sac, it offers utmost seclusion, but at the very end of the road, there’s a concealed stairway that leads you to Silver Lake’s top attractions – an array of excellent dining options, coffee shops, and boutiques – all conveniently within reach.
The pool sits besides a spacious area where guests can relax and enjoy the city and mountain views.
The rooftop terrace boasts a cover, offering ample space for you to unwind while taking in both urban and natural scenery and sounds.
On the second level, you’ll find a balcony that has been tastefully done up with tiles, providing ample room for a sofa and a table. There’s also a tiled stairway leading to the rooftop terrace.

The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open fully, offering panoramic vistas of the cityscape and foliage without any obstructions.
There’s also a massive fireplace in the living room, beneath a built-in television.
The wooden staircase features floating steps with clear glass panels.
In my pursuit of a contemporary culinary space, I’ve found myself embracing the convenience of a built-in coffee station and a spacious central workstation, transforming my kitchen into a truly modern sanctuary for culinary creation.
The open concept home has plenty of space and storage, with a very minimalistic design.
The master suite has a floor-to-ceiling sliding door that opens to a clear panel balcony.
There’s a bathtub, perched by a window in the master bathroom.
On March 6, Christina received her Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The actress began her acting career at just eight years old, featuring in films like Mermaids, Casper, The Addams Family, Now and Then, Ally McBeal, Pumpkin, Monster, Black Snake Moan, Speed Racer, Yellowjackets, and numerous others.

The fires that started in Los Angeles on January 7th continued for several weeks, with the most destructive ones being the Palisades Fire and the Eaton Fire.
They were finally contained by January 31.
The fires killed 29 people, destroying over 18,000. homes and burning 57,000 acres of land.
