Christina Hall hires ‘Disso Queen’ Laura Wasser in divorce battle against Josh Hall after Mexican getaway

‘Christina was not happy with the progress or lack thereof,’ a source told Us Weekly on Monday.
She chose to work with an exceptional divorce lawyer in order to expedite and ensure a fair resolution as swiftly as possible.
Last Friday, the interior designer aged 41 formally submitted a request for a new lawyer to the Superior Court of California in Orange County.
Previously, a partner at Wasser, Cooperman & Mandles, who is 56 years old, has represented numerous well-known celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Ryan Reynolds, Britney Spears, Johnny Depp, Gwen Stefani, Kim Kardashian, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Garner, Kevin Costner, Heidi Klum, and Maria Shriver.
In the year 2019, Laura informed The Helm about her retainer fee of $25,000 and hourly rate of $900: ‘I have no qualms about requesting that price. When I compare it to what my peers are charging, I consider it a great bargain.’
44-year-old real estate agent from Foundry Group, who reportedly declined an offer exceeding a million dollars in settlement, filed for divorce from Christina on the 16th of July, following only about three years of marital happiness.
According to TMZ, Josh did not have a prenuptial agreement with Haack, and he is now seeking alimony as well as ownership rights to any HGTV or Discovery Network shows or specials they jointly produced, such as Christina in the Country, Christina on the Coast, and The Flip Off.
