As a dedicated follower of reality TV and home renovation shows, I must say that the life of Christina Haack (or Hall, as she prefers now) is a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Watching her journey from her first marriage with Tarek El Moussa to her latest split with Josh Hall feels like watching an episode of “Christina on the Coast” – unpredictable, heart-wrenching, and often inspiring.

In a brief summary, Christina Hall was spotted flaunting her well-maintained legs in a petite black mini-skirt during her daily chores in Los Angeles, as she navigates through her contentious separation from her former spouse, Josh Hall.

On a Tuesday afternoon, the HGTV personality, aged 41, appeared calm and comfortable while filling up her vehicle with gasoline, having only recently enlisted the services of Kim Kardashian’s divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, to facilitate the conclusion of her almost three-year union, which was nearing its end.

On her casual outing, the mother of three donned a spacious denim letterman jacket, a black blouse, large shades, and combat boots.

She added a dash of elegance to her relaxed outfit by wearing a pair of gold hoop earrings and a chain necklace when she ventured out solo.

Born in Anaheim, the star of the home renovation show Christina on the Coast chose to wear her long, golden hair in relaxed curls that fell beyond her shoulder length.

Her appearance follows her disclosure about the conclusion of her marriage, which was featured in a sneak peek of her reality TV series titled Flip Off.

In the video, she’s spotted chatting with her former spouse Tarek El Moussa, who happens to be in her mansion located in Orange County, California, on a sofa.

The 41-year-old home improvement specialist said that things got really bad with her third husband, 44. 

It was not long before Christina started sobbing as she wiped away tears. 

Tarek, 43, looked sad for his ex as he looked away and tried his best to be a rock for her.

‘Josh and I officially split up,’ said the California native.

She expressed that we had a significant disagreement… her gesture implied frustration, and she admits that things between Josh had been strained for quite some time.

In July 2024, Josh decided to end his marriage, which had lasted almost three years, by filing for divorce. At that time, he was due to appear alongside Christina and Tarek in a show called The Flip Off. However, after their separation, Christina continued filming without him.

In the emotional trailer, Christina recounts the explosive end of her marriage.

But the most heart-wrenching moment comes when Christina reveals the impact on her and Tarek’s children, Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9.

Overwhelmed, I find myself recounting the heartbreaking events, “The children essentially begged me to depart, in tears.” They whispered, “He’s not kind to you.” And with that revelation, I ponder aloud, “Why on earth would I linger here?

Christina describes feeling trapped, like she’s being swept up by a never-ending whirlwind with no way out, leading her to weep.

She continues by expressing that the period starting from 2016 has been extremely challenging and distressing, causing significant emotional strain on her.

In 2016, my loyalty was with Christina and Tarek, but their union faced a challenging period when an upsetting event transpired – Tarek, in a moment of tension, left with a firearm and sought solace in rehabilitation.

Even though their shared parenting experiences have had some ups and downs, they’ve generally kept a constructive rapport during the past few years.

In the sneak peak of The Flip Off, Christina apologizes to Tarek, saying, ‘I’m really sorry for s**t too. I really am. I just want you to know.’

In a moment touched by emotion, Tarek replies, “I can relate to the sensation of feeling somewhat adrift. Moreover, it’s important for you to know that I play a significant role, if not the sole role, in everything unfolding here.

Last month, Haack said Hall’s exit from The Flip Off made production much easier. 

She shared with Entertainment Tonight that it proved challenging to film the series because of her husband’s insecurities.

The reality star put it this way: ‘If someone feels threatened by your success and dislikes seeing you triumph, it definitely takes the fun out of things.’

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find myself reverting to my birth surname, Haack, after tying the knot in April 2022. It’s an exciting personal decision for me!

As a lifestyle expert, I find myself expressing that I felt my own light dimming, all in an attempt to avoid making him feel less masculine. However, who among us truly desires to live in such a subdued manner? This is the question I posed.

She admitted honestly that it wasn’t enjoyable for her, ‘It wasn’t a good time, you know,’ she shared. ‘Working with him was tough, but since we parted ways, it has become significantly simpler and infinitely superior in all aspects.’

Haack had no problems on the set with her first ex-husband Tarek.

El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae, 37, co-star in the house flipping show set to debut in 2025.

Tarek and I share a unique relationship that others might label as playful or even flirtatious, but to clarify, it’s more akin to the banter you’d find between siblings.

Haack mentioned that she had confided in El Moussa about her troubles for approximately a year, or perhaps even a year and a half.
