Christina Hall claims ex husband Josh Hall transferred $35k from her bank account – as he breaks his silence amid messy divorce

“Josh’s text message stated, ‘Hi. Regarding the June payments, let’s arrange for them to be transferred to a new account when due. Appreciate your cooperation.'” This implies that Josh is making the request on his own behalf, but assumes the other party will agree as well.

Christina shared that she discovered the transfer on July 21 after attaching a screenshot as proof in her filing.

In her records, she mentioned that she didn’t interact with Josh on July 8, 2024, and stated further that she wouldn’t have requested him to transfer funds to her the day following our divorce announcement.

Additionally, she shared that the property manager complied with her instruction, assuming she had given permission for the account switch. She then requested and received the new account information from Josh, which was linked to Wells Fargo Bank.

In California’s Orange County Superior Court, three children’s mother has asked a judge to make Josh give back the money from the filed documents.

‘He has sufficient assets of his own to pay his own attorney’s fees and costs. Quite frankly I am shocked and concerned by the fact that he has diverted over $35,000 of my separate property money to his separate account on July 8, 2024. 

It’s striking how he claims that this specific date, which is actually July 7, 2024 in reality, as the date of our separation. His choice of the following day becomes much more understandable given this information.

After discovering some unusual financial transactions, Christina wonders if there are other hidden aspects of her husband’s financial history during their marriage. To uncover any potential discrepancies, she has decided to conduct a thorough forensic accounting investigation.

After going quiet during his divorce, Josh recently posted a picture on Instagram Stories on a Thursday, adding a prayer hands emoji as a caption.
