Two days have passed since the finalization of their divorce, yet it seems the verbal disputes between them are not completely over, with at least one side continuing the argument.
In simpler terms, Josh Hall, Christina Haack’s former spouse, published a sharp statement criticizing his ex-wife for being attention-seeking, as he geared up to celebrate Labor Day as a single individual.
In the image, you can see Josh caring for a horse within a countryside-like environment, expressing his anticipation for lush, verdant meadows ahead.
In his Instagram post, while Christina wasn’t explicitly mentioned by name, it was evident that the sharp remark was directed at her.
Looking forward to enjoying my Labor Day weekend in the genuine world… Now officially single after a divorce, I’ve regained my freedom! I’ve always worked diligently, safeguarding my possessions, and shying away from handouts – and that’s a policy I intend to maintain. A lesson well-learned: avoid marrying someone who craves constant public attention and exploits personal issues for it.
The finalization of the divorce between the ex-partners occurred on Tuesday, marking over a year since their divorce process commenced.

According to court records obtained by the Daily Mail, a document titled ‘judgment’ was submitted in Orange County, California on August 26, and it appears that this was carried out by an individual named Christina.
The surprising disclosure from the court filing indicates that both Josh and Christina have renounced any claims to alimony or spousal support, a fact that was previously implied when the HGTV star mentioned she would be paying “some” spousal support.
Instead, she remitted Josh a settlement amounting to $300,000 on May 6th. This sum was one portion of an equitable distribution of the shared Nashville property’s value and served to address any remaining disputes between them.
Additionally, Christina covered both Josh’s legal expenses totaling $40,000 and the costs of the mediators’ lawyers from May. From this point on, each party will bear their own legal fees.
In September 2024, she had given Josh a lump sum of $100,000 that he doesn’t need to repay, as reported by Us Weekly.
In the agreement reached by both sides, Josh retained ownership of his property located in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, referred to as the Bear Creek property, a 2021 Bentley, three additional vehicles, and his motorcycle.
In summary, Christina received ownership of a property in Newport Beach, California that belonged to the community, as well as their previous residence in Franklin, Tennessee, which had been listed for sale on and off.
Additionally, she was also the rightful owner of a 2022 Bentley, GMC, Polaris, and four ATVs, which she mentioned were gifts for her kids.

The exes were awarded their separate businesses and bank accounts.
The ruling specifies that both parties voluntarily and explicitly forgo the right to further explore, formally or informally, all aspects related to the shared property (assets and debts), their interests in these properties, and the financial situation of each other, without pursuing anything beyond what has already been investigated.
It further states that ‘each party has accepted the economic terms’ of the Stipulated Judgment.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Josh and Christina’s attorneys for comment.
As an ardent admirer, I’m thrilled to share some intriguing insights about the unprecedented fairness in the divorce of my favorite celebrity couple, Josh and Christina. Contrary to some rumors, this was a divorce like no other in the reality TV realm. In a remarkable display of generosity and mutual respect, both parties decided to split equally everything they accumulated during their marriage. And

Instead of accepting spousal support, he chose to forgo it. Since they didn’t have a prenuptial agreement, Christina might want to express gratitude to Josh, but he seems content with not having any further contact with her… And he’s thrilled about that.
In my experience as a lifestyle advocate, I recently discovered an interesting development in the realm of personal relationships. Last month, Christina shared tantalizing insights about a lengthy 12-hour mediation session that unfolded between Jeff Lewis and himself, alongside their legal representatives. This intriguing event underscores the importance of finding resolution through dialogue, even in complex situations.
‘Look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done,’ she said.
Alongside her disclosure at the time, it was mentioned that she would be required to make certain payments for spousal support. However, due to the fact that the final documents were still awaiting the judge’s approval, she could not provide specific details about the amount or other particulars.
She hinted that details would become public information shortly, and promised to revisit the podcast to discuss all aspects thoroughly.
But according to court records, Josh opted out of receiving spousal support and instead, their shared assets were distributed equitably.
The couple did not sign a prenup prior to their marriage on October 6, 2021.
According to a source, the separation between Christina and Josh turned out to be significantly more complex than it seemed from the outside.

It has been reported that the delay in completion was due to Christina and her legal team seemingly causing delays on deadlines, leading to unplanned costs, wasted time, and a hold-up in the divorce proceedings for both parties.
According to the source, almost all the information she disclosed to the public was done to manipulate the storyline. However, Josh never took part in what we might call immature pranks or power plays.
Rather than taking matters into his own hands, he chose to behave maturely by letting the law take its course. Consequently, they are now able to proceed with their lives.
Ten months following the initiation of their divorce in July last year, Christina and Josh eventually reached an agreement on their separation. The period since has been marked by a prolonged and high-profile legal dispute between them, with events such as the sale of her $4.5 million home in Franklin, Tennessee, being made public.
In October, the house went up for sale, only to be withdrawn after 20 days. It reappeared on the market in December 2024 but was taken down again in February 2025. The specific reasons why it’s no longer for sale remain undisclosed.
This past January, according to Daily Mail’s report, Christina was mandated to distribute $150,000 from the proceeds of their house sale to Josh.
Previously, Christina asserted that Josh asked for $65,000 as monthly alimony, a claim that Josh has since disputed.
In July 2024, court documents show that Christina alleged that Josh had moved $35,000 from her individual earnings derived from rental properties into his personal bank account. However, Josh refuted this allegation back then.

In a February episode of Christina’s HGTV series featuring her former partner Tarek El Moussa, titled “The Flip Off,” the reality television personality alleged that Josh had requested $3.5 million.
She shared with her business associates that her court date was pushed back due to the poor proposal Josh had presented.
‘He asked for $3.5 million from me,’ she alleged.
I’ve recently found myself in a relationship with the esteemed businessman, Christopher Larocca. A reliable source shared back in January that we’ve been together for a few months now, as reported by Daily Mail.
There existed confusion about the onset of their romantic history because Larocca’s former partner, Andrea Deanna, claimed that he started dating Christina while he was still married to Josh. However, Larocca himself has refuted these allegations.
During the time when Christopher and Christina were both seeing each other, Christina was still wedded and cohabiting with someone else. This is what she shared with DailyMail.com.
Following the announcement of the HGTV star’s latest companion, news emerged that Josh appears to be romantically involved with Nashville-based model, Stephanie Gabrys.
Over the summer, Christina has had a wonderful time traveling with her partner, and they celebrated Christina’s 42nd birthday in July at Cabo San Lucas, Mexico together.
She posted a picture of them along with a video of the beach from the Four Seasons Resort, writing as a caption, ‘Hey 42, I’m fond of you.’ or ‘Hey 42, I like you too!’
It emerged later that Christina on the Coast, her television show, would not be coming back for another season following HGTV’s announcement that they wouldn’t be renewing the home renovation series.
In a twist of events, the television personality has been married three times. Her second husband was Ant Anstead, their union lasted from 2018 until 2021. They are currently co-parenting their five-year-old boy, Hudson.
In addition, she was in a marriage with Tarek El Moussa from the year 2009 until 2018. Together, they are proud parents of their 14-year-old daughter, Taylor, and their 9-year-old son, Brayden.
