Christina Haack Spotted Kissing New Beau After Emotional Split from Josh Hall!

On a Thursday evening, Christina Haack was spotted locking lips with her latest companion, Christopher Larocca, on a busy sidewalk.

Outside the charming eatery, Baltaire, the well-known television figure, aged 41, moved closer for a kiss with the entrepreneur.

They resided in the Brentwood district of Los Angeles, a locale not too distant from the Pacific Palisades region that was on fire.

Initially, the pair who had been together for a few months stood quite close by the valet station, conversing. Later on, they leaned in for a kiss as their bodies gently brushed against each other.

In a more casual, conversational style: The DIY expert sported a sleek black tank top, showcasing her sun-kissed, muscular arms. She paired it with snug black jeans that accentuated her athletic figure from yoga, and completed the look with high heels featuring side buckles.

In the premiere of her new reality TV series, The Flip Off, she was observed weeping due to her strained relationship with her estranged spouse, Josh Hall.

As a devoted admirer, I rounded off my enchanting date-night ensemble with a sleek, strappy black Louis Vuitton handbag and radiant gold accessories that sparkled like stardust.

Christopher, the head of Network Connex, donned a dark ensemble, paired with sturdy black leather loafers, while keeping his silver-tinted fox hairstyle neatly trimmed.

Christina is currently undergoing a divorce from Josh Hall, following their separation in July 2024. They previously collaborated on projects like Christina In The Country and The Flip Off, but they do not share any children.

DailyMail.com reported last year that Christina and her new lover Christopher were an item.

Christina has been spending quite a bit of time with Chris Larocca lately, and they’re often seen out in Newport. An informant shared that they’ve also ventured to foreign lands together as they’ve traveled abroad and explored various countries.

Haack and Larocca find it surprising that their relationship has remained private, as they are quite open about being a couple.

Christina and the Californian businessman haven’t specified when their paths initially crossed, but they’ve attended several events together in the last three months.

In October 2024, she traveled to Europe for an “amazing week” and posted a photo of herself in a Ferrari.

On their Newport Beach Instagram account, the high-end automobile company posted pictures, which appeared to show Flip or Her holding hands with their latest partner after an intimate dinner.

At the start of January, they were spotted together at LAX Airport in Los Angeles, en route to Paris for a delightful, romantic getaway.

In mid January, Christina went Instagram official with Christopher.

During their European vacation, the pair marked each other on social media as they picked up beverages at the Bvlgari Hotel, simultaneously.

In another photo, Haack showed a bright grin, and she was casually sipping on another cocktail at the Dior Café.

Exiting the car, Christopher gently put his hand on her back and led her towards the aircraft.

Reflecting on a heart-to-heart chat I had with Us Weekly, I shared my thoughts about taking the plunge into matrimony again after parting ways with my former spouse, Josh Hall.

The former couple tied the knot in 2022 before announcing their split last year in July.

Previously, she was married to Ant Anstead between 2018 and 2021. During this time, they became parents to a son named Hudson who is now five years old.

Previously, she got married to Tarek El Moussa back in 2009. However, they divorced in 2018. Together, they have a family of four, consisting of their daughter Taylor, who is now 15 years old, and son Brayden, aged nine.

As a devoted admirer of love, I shared with the media, “Love is something I’ll cherish forever.” I continued, “It’s likely that I’ll walk down the aisle once more at some point, but for now, it’s not on my immediate horizon.

To rewalk down the aisle once more, she’d have to be in another engagement lasting at least five years.

Josh Hall, her former partner, is now in a happy relationship with a Nashville-based model who specializes in bikini fashion, by the name of Stephanie Gabrys.

A different source shared with Us Weekly that ‘Josh has found a fantastic person in Nashville whom he has been happily dating for quite some time now. It wasn’t Josh’s intention to start dating, but he encountered this individual, and it turned out to be an ideal fit.’

I have little interest in seeking fame and choose instead to focus on living a more secluded existence, even in the context of my new relationship.

‘Josh doesn’t flaunt his relationship, but it’s not hidden either – he’s just a private person. He’s content with his life and excited about the future as we approach 2025. This is one of the happiest periods he’s experienced in a while.’

They shared a smiling photo with each other on Instagram, publicly announcing they were a couple.

This week, a court mandated that Haack fork over $150,000 from the proceeds of the sale of her former house with Josh Hall, worth $4.5 million in Tennessee, which went on sale in October.

Based on recently acquired court papers from DailyMail.com, it has been mandated by a California judge (where the divorce proceedings of the ex-couple are occurring) that Christina should put in a sum of $150,000.

Five days after the escrow closes, Christina is required to transfer $150,000 from the home sale into a trust account belonging to Josh’s attorney. This account is an interest-earning one with limited accessibility.

The order that had been given towards the end of October wasn’t made available in court until this current month, following the hiring of Christina’s recently-appointed legal representative.

Previously, it had been announced that the HGTV celebrity parted ways with DeArmey Law APC and instead opted to engage the services of renowned attorney Laura Wasser, famed for representing high-profile figures like Kim Kardashian among others.

Prior to the court ruling, Josh, via his legal representation, declared in court documents that there was a disagreement concerning his share in the Parker Branch property, specifically his Moore/Marsden interest. They also requested that the court order a minimum compensation of $150,000.

Christina, for her part, disputed Josh’s Moore/Marsden interest claims.

A source told DailyMail.com that Josh has not lived at the Franklin property for quite some time.

I myself have been away from home for several months now. For the moment, I’m residing elsewhere on a temporary basis. This information was shared by the source.

On October 5, 2024, the property spanning more than 5,000 square feet went up for sale, but it was taken down from real estate listings on October 25.

It was listed for sale again on December 3 and continues to remain an active listing.

As per court documents, ‘Josh has no plans to obstruct the sale in accordance with the court’s rulings.’ Previously, court records indicated that Josh did file for a temporary emergency order to halt the sale at some stage.

As a devoted follower of the unfolding events, I’ve learned that in legal records uncovered by DailyMail.com, I (Josh) extended a comprehensive settlement proposal to Christina. However, instead of accepting it, she chose to itemize it publicly.

Additionally, he mentioned that she granted him temporary residence during times when the house was vacant, specifically for a duration of 12 days in September. However, he has since moved to another location within Tennessee, and he alleges that he is experiencing discrimination as his costs of living are expected to rise.

According to the records, Josh asserted that Christina illegally listed the house without first obtaining his approval or any necessary legal authorization.

In February 2021, before their wedding, Christina bought a house. Interestingly, Josh mentioned that since the mortgage was gradually paid off during their marriage, there’s a growing sentiment within the community about the value of the property.

Since July 2024, when Josh initiated a divorce from his wife, who is known for the show “The Flip Off,” they’ve found themselves entangled in complicated legal matters following almost three years of marriage.

In a recent episode of Jeff Lewis Live, the property tycoon disclosed that she and her former partner are currently very far from reaching an agreement, and indicated that their dispute will likely proceed to a court trial.

The personal matters affecting the real estate investor regarding Josh will become public when her upcoming TV show featuring Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather El Moussa, which is set to air on HGTV on January 29, hits the screens.
