Christina Haack shared news about the ongoing divorce proceedings between herself and her separated partner Josh Hall, who recently confirmed his relationship with Stephanie Gabrys via Instagram.

In a recent broadcast of Jeff Lewis Live, the 41-year-old property tycoon expressed that she and her former partner have yet to reach a resolution regarding their split, as both parties filed for divorce in July and currently maintain a significant distance from one another.

Haack said on the Radio Andy show, ‘We’re going to be going to trial, I hear.’

The HGTV personality joked with a hint of sarcasm, “This should be exciting! I can’t wait,” and disclosed that mediation is not something the 44-year-old Hall wishes to engage in.

On Monday, Josh took to Instagram Stories to send birthday wishes to his latest girlfriend, Stephanie, who’s a model specializing in bikinis and resides in Nashville.

Posting a heartwarming picture of the influencer cozily seated on his lap by a fire pit, he captioned, ‘Wishing a happy 35th birthday to this genuine angel emoji.’ (Note: The square brackets are used to indicate the emoji.)

With a massive grin on his visage, he stood alongside his latest companion, adorned in a sleek black beanie cap embellished with a pom-pom, affectionately looping an arm over his shoulder.

Last summer, Haack and Hall decided to file for divorce just a day apart, following their celebration of their second wedding anniversary in April.

In a recent development, the mother of three, having gone through two divorces previously, made a request in court. This request included both parties waiving any right to spousal support, and furthermore, she asked that her legal expenses be covered by her ex-partner, Hall.

Hall is also seeking spousal support and asked for his ex to pay his attorney fees.

Christina is the mother of Taylor, who’s 14, and Brayden, aged 9; these children are from her previous marriage with Tarek El Moussa. Additionally, she has a five-year-old son named Hudson, whom she co-parents with her former spouse Ant Anstead.

After speaking with Jeff Lewis, Christina’s representative told Us Weekly that Hall is currently unavailable for comments, as he is focusing on living in the present and enjoying the birthday of his new girlfriend.
