Chrissie Swan’s Stunning 90kg Weight Loss Revealed in $600 Jacket!
Chrissie Swan displayed her remarkable 90kg weight loss once more, as she ventured out for some tasks in Melbourne on Tuesday.
The 51-year-old radio host showcased a fashionable appearance following a breakfast meeting with her coworker and journalist, Jack Charles.
Wearing a green $600 Hoss jacket, Chrissie looked sophisticated for the casual outing.
She paired her outfit with wide leg blue jeans, a white T-shirt and white sneakers.
To give a stylish edge to her casual appearance, Chrissie accessorized with hoop earrings and tortoiseshell sunglasses, complementing her long, sleek, and dark brown hair.
Chrissie Swan’s talk show host attributes her weight loss to daily 10-kilometer walks, a new eating plan, and abstaining from alcohol.

She’s never discussed if she uses semaglutide medication such as Ozempic, or if she’s had any surgery to help her shed the pounds.
In an interview with The Australian Women’s Weekly in 2022, a judge on The Masked Singer mentioned her weight loss, attributing it to the extended Covid lockdowns in Melbourne as the trigger that motivated her wellness and fitness journey.
She mentioned that the significant modifications she made to her lifestyle during the past year have greatly enhanced various aspects of her life.
She mentioned, “I won’t discuss the topic of my body shape or my daily diet. Reading such stories leaves me feeling uncomfortable about myself.
Instead, she stated that Melbourne’s prolonged COVID-19 lockdown served as the spark for her focus on health and fitness.
In the current circumstances, my social life has been limited. I couldn’t dine out, visit friends, or even have them over. Leaving my home wasn’t an option beyond a five-kilometer radius. But amidst these restrictions, I chose to make the most of what I could do – I walked. So that’s what I did, and it turned out to be a refreshing way to spend my time.
In a recent conversation with The Herald Sun, Chrissie expressed her feelings of incredible well-being and unparalleled happiness as she neared the age of 50.
She expressed that she has never felt happier or more at peace. She went on to say it’s truly wonderful, and it seems this feeling only comes with time. In her words, ‘I wouldn’t go back to being twenty for anything!’

In an interview with The Imperfects podcast in March, Chrissie expressed that taking walks significantly improved her life.
‘I was 45 and I went, “I reckon I’m halfway to dying”,’ she said.
As an ardent devotee, I can’t help but ponder: Am I content with the way things are unfolding in my life? Am I satisfied with my relationships, am I at peace with myself? What aspects of me do I wish to transform? And then, as if guided by some unseen force, I find myself walking. Reflecting on this simple act brings a swell of emotion, for it has truly transformed the very essence of who I am.
In 2021, radio host Chrissie parted ways with her longtime companion, a fact she made public in February 2022.
At that point, Chrissie shared with The Australian Women’s Weekly that she and Chris continued to be close friends who genuinely liked one another.
