Moses Martin, son of Coldplay’s Chris Martin, is building his own music career as the lead singer of a rising band, just like his father.
Moses, the son of actress Gwyneth Paltrow, plays in the alt-rock band People I’ve Met.
The musician, often referred to as a ‘nepo baby,’ along with his friends Andrew Suster and Orlando Wiltshire, recently signed with Interscope Records. Their first single, ‘Promise,’ is now available through the label.
The track is far from the pop melodies Colplay are famous for and features a more moody sound.
Moses shared on Instagram that the new song ‘Promise’ by People I’ve Met is now available. He expressed how proud he is of the track and thanked the band and Noah Conrad for their help in making it something special.
‘Hope you enjoy. Sincerely, Moses Martin’.

The band shares a record label with major artists like Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Elton John, and Lady Gaga.
Moses’ band, originally called Dancer, formed last year and quickly decided on the name People I’ve Met instead.
Moses sounds a lot like his father, and he’s no stranger to performing in front of large crowds. He even shared the stage with the famous band Coldplay at the Glastonbury festival in 2016.
I’ve been a huge fan for years, and it’s amazing to see how involved this 19-year-old is with Coldplay! They’ve not only lent their voice to several of their songs, but they’ve actually co-written lyrics for tracks like ‘All My Love,’ ‘Orphans,’ and even ‘The Astronaut.’ It’s incredible to witness such talent contributing to the band’s work.
Daily Mail have contacted Moses’ representatives for comment.
Moses’ sister, 21-year-old Apple, is also pursuing a music career. She recently released a new music video, following criticism of her debut performance last year, which some described as sounding like a poorly sung karaoke rendition.
Following in her famous father Chris’s footsteps, the young artist is beginning her career in music.
On Tuesday, Apple released the music video for the song ‘Satellites,’ a collaboration with the indie rock band Jade Street, featuring Eli Meyuhas and Zachary Zwelling.

Oh my gosh, Gwyneth and Chris! They were married for over a decade, from 2003 to 2016, and I just adore their kids, Apple and little Moses. They’re such a beautiful family, even though things didn’t work out. I’ve followed them forever!
Coldplay has won seven Grammy Awards and nine Brit Awards, and they’ve sold over 160 million records globally. The band’s success builds on a family tradition, as their mother has also performed as a singer in movies like Duets, Country Strong, and Infamous.
Gwyneth Paltrow told The Mirror last year that she believes Apple Martin will eventually pursue a similar career path to her own.
‘She’s doing a pre-law degree at college but I think she’s going to follow in my footsteps,’ she said.
When it comes to children, it’s important to allow them to discover their own interests and motivations, and avoid imposing your own opinions on them.
Ever since Apple joined her mom, Gwyneth Paltrow, for a GapStudio campaign earlier this year, people have accused her of achieving success only because of her family connections.
She continued her success by working with the London fashion brand Self-Portrait, appearing in her first photoshoot for them.
Despite past criticism for leveraging her advantages, the model recently worked with renowned photographer Ryan McGinley on a photoshoot at a farm in upstate New York.

Mel Ottenberg styled Apple’s outfit, choosing pieces from the brand’s new collection. These included a long white lace and satin dress, as well as a silver sequin dress that faded from light to dark.
The model, a student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, recently had her first photoshoot after becoming a brand ambassador.
It was natural for them to start with self-portraits – their work really captures a British vibe that instantly made me feel connected to my London roots, like I’d found a home.
I absolutely love the designs – they’re beautiful and really relatable! Han and the team have been incredibly welcoming, letting me contribute to the creative process, and I’m really enjoying learning from them. I can’t wait for everyone to see this campaign and for us to keep collaborating on this creative journey.
