Reports suggest Chris Martin and Sophie Turner have a strong connection and have been seeing each other on several dates in London.

The 48-year-old singer and Dakota Johnson, 35, ended their eight-year relationship and engagement in June.

The 29-year-old Game of Thrones actress and Peregrine Pearson, 31, broke up in late September after dating for almost two years.

Sources close to the situation say Chris and Sophie clearly have chemistry after a private date last month.

According to a source, these two have been on a few dates in London. It’s early days, but they seem to have a strong connection and a real spark.

Sophie was a longtime admirer of Chris, enjoying his music even before they became acquainted.

She’s playfully mentioned having a schoolgirl crush on him before, so it’s both amusing and strange that they’ve now become a couple.

The Daily Mail reached out to a spokesperson for Chris Martin. A representative for Sophie Turner did not respond to requests for comment.

The Daily Mail reported that Sophie went on a date with Coldplay’s lead singer shortly after ending her relationship with Peregrine.

Rumors about their breakup started circulating after Sophie unfollowed Peregrine on Instagram earlier in the year, initially suggesting trouble in their relationship.

Peregrine is the oldest son and expected heir of Michael Pearson, the 4th Viscount Cowdray. His father, a former film producer, controls a large part of the Pearson media company.

Cowdray Park Polo Club, located on his family’s historic estate, features ten polo fields and holds over 450 matches annually.

The actress began dating the son of Viscount Cowdray in December 2023, following her split from Joe Jonas after four years of marriage.

Sophie and her partner frequently shared updates about their relationship online, and Sophie’s last post featuring her partner, Perry, was from January.

Although there were rumors all summer about Perry and Sophie having problems and making up, sources confirmed they officially split after a lavish wedding at the end of September.

Witnesses reported seeing the actress and her aristocratic partner arguing and making out passionately on the dance floor.

The Sun reports that the actress’s profile on the app showed she enjoys music, pasta, movies, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors in the sunshine.

The Daily Mail contacted Sophie’s representative for comment at the time. 

Instead of dwelling on her breakup with the Viscount’s potential heir, Sophie was seen on a date with Chris just a week later.

Chris Martin, known for his public ‘conscious uncoupling’ from Gwyneth Paltrow, has been performing with Coldplay at Wembley Stadium this summer as part of their Music Of The Spheres tour.
