Among the numerous stars gracing Hollywood’s top tier currently, Chris Hemsworth stands out as an unusual instance. Unlike most actors who start in smaller, independent films and gradually ascend to big-budget productions, Hemsworth made his cinematic debut as part of a significant intellectual property (IP), specifically Star Trek. He portrayed George Kirk in 2009 before making his Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) entrance as the primary Norse God superhero, Thor, in 2011. Since then, he has maintained a prominent role in blockbuster movies, recently lending his voice to Transformers One.
Halle Berry’s career has spanned a diverse range of roles compared to some other actors, starting off in films like Jungle Fever, Strictly Business, and Boomerang before moving into mainstream blockbusters. She first appeared as Storm in X-Men in 2000 and Catwoman in 2004, and more recently has continued to act in action movies such as The Union and Never Let Go from last year. Soon, she will be teaming up with Chris Hemsworth for a crime thriller that has just been scheduled for release.
