Chloe Sims looks worlds away from her days on TOWIE as she steps out in a sophisticated white blazer and satin trousers in New York
On a recent Wednesday, Chloe Sims appeared noticeably different from her days on TOWIE, exuding elegance in a smart white suit while strolling around New York City.
Previously on “The Only Way Is Essex,” the actress, now 43 years old, dazzled in a tailored jacket that she paired with a tank top and luxurious, wide-legged pants.
The TV celebrity exuded elegance, standing tall in a pair of high-heels while carrying her possessions in a coordinating handbag.
With large, wavy curls gracing her long brown hair, Chloe added a touch of elegance with a gold pendant necklace and oversized hoop earrings.
The transformation in Chloe’s appearance now is quite different from her image during her time on the reality TV show where she gained popularity back in 2011. After being a cast member of TOWIE for a decade, she bid farewell to the series in 2021.

Chloe recently revealed the real reason she abruptly pulled her daughter from filming TOWIE.
The television personality shared with TopMob that she found it unsettling how Madison, who is now 20, was handled during her time on the ITVBe show. Immediately upon this experience, she expressed deep remorse for exposing her child to the public eye at such a tender age.
As a devoted admirer, let me share my perspective: I, for one, have been holding off on letting my only child dive into the world of social media until they turned sweet sixteen. Even now, the thought of them maintaining an online presence leaves me feeling uneasy.
Chloe, being cautious as a parent, often tried to minimize Madison’s exposure in the public eye. However, she acknowledges that she has faced criticism from online bullies, who wrongly believe she is neglecting her daughter.
Chloe disclosed that Madison typically remained out of the spotlight during filming. Although she’s not keen on emulating her mom in reality television, she envisions herself performing on a stage instead.
As a devoted supporter speaking to TopMob, allow me to share my perspective: While on TOWIE, I did not feature Madi extensively. When she was young, I allowed her to participate in a few scenes, but I grew uncomfortable with how she was handled, so I decided to withdraw her from filming and expressed my preference for her not to be part of it anymore.
Madi found it hard to comprehend as she was quite young, and I felt that the situation wasn’t something she had chosen for herself and I was placing her on television, which is not a decision typically made by a child of five.
I took great care to safeguard her, keeping her off-camera whenever possible and attempting to insulate her from the entire public eye.

During my time on TOWIE over those years, many people were unaware that she was often with me. For instance, when we went to Marbella, she accompanied me; she was there as well as her grandmother, who frequently shared a room with me.
In an effort to safeguard my child and make the right decisions, I found myself not recognized as a mother by some. Cruel remarks such as “Where is your child?” were hurled at me, making it challenging to maneuver through this situation.
‘Making the choice to have your child appear on TV can be a daunting prospect, given it involves exposure. Being rather apprehensive by nature and tending to worry excessively, I didn’t want strangers scrutinizing my daughter. I take great care in shielding her from the public eye as much as feasible.’
As a concerned parent, I confess that I’m uneasy about my daughter spending so much time online. The burdens and expectations of social media seem to have a profound impact on today’s young women.
If not for her television career, the celebrity admits that she would hardly use Instagram at all, as, even at 42 years old, the platform could potentially harm her self-confidence.
She mentioned: “I’m a mom to an 19-year-old girl. She’s more than just my child; she’s my best friend and makes me laugh all the time. She’s developed her own unique character, but she can be a bit feisty at times, reminding me of myself in many ways. She is truly the joy of my existence.

For a considerable period, I refrained from allowing Madi access to social media. It was when she turned 16 that I eventually consented, and to this day, I dislike her having it intensely. The mere thought of it makes me uncomfortable. If I weren’t in this profession, I wouldn’t use it. Should you wish to experience feelings of self-doubt, a brief scroll through it will suffice.
Fortunately, Madison isn’t chasing a reality television path, instead, she possesses an exceptional voice for singing, excels in performing arts, and enjoys acting.
In Los Angeles, I was following my journey in a drama school. I possess the ability to perform opera, and I must admit, my voice is quite extraordinary – something that leaves me puzzled as I can barely carry a tune. Fortunately, she seems to have a greater affinity for singing, which I wholeheartedly applaud because it’s an authentic talent that she naturally possesses.
Although Chloe has appeared on shows like TOWIE, Celebs Go Dating, and her own program The House of Sims, she expresses apprehension about her daughter showing an inclination towards reality TV. In fact, the thought that her daughter, Madison, might join the cast of Love Island is something Chloe finds deeply unsettling.
She contends that the dating program should feature a wider range of body types, and she openly states that it’s challenging for her to watch the series as a parent due to its content.
