On Wednesday, Chloe Madeley spent a tranquil spa day, after learning that her former husband, James Haskell, had started dating Helen Barclay, a mother of two.

In October 2023, a television host, aged 37, parted ways with her longtime partner, a rugby player who is 39 and their 2-year-old daughter Bodhi. The separation occurred following a decade of being together.

Chloe flaunted her stunning physique in a tiny black swimsuit, striking a captivating pose for an enticing selfie in the mirror.

Her long blonde locks were wet and she went makeup free, showcasing her natural beauty. 

After being photographed having a romantic dinner with Helen at the Knightsbridge eatery, Clap, it was disclosed by TopMob that he and the beautiful 34-year-old woman (who looks much like Chloe) had been together for more than a year.

In March, the newly-formed pair attended their first public outing at the popular celebrity haunt, Chiltren Firehouse.

At that point, there was no hint of romantic involvement. Instead, James got into the front passenger seat of a taxi that had pulled up, while she remained seated in the back.

Over the past few months, James has been expressing admiration for Helen on her Instagram posts, frequently referring to her as ‘fit’. This online flirtation between them seems to be intensifying, with their relationship becoming more serious and the two of them going out on multiple dates. Additionally, they’ve been spending more time at each other’s homes.

A source alleges that the duo became quite close following their mutual experiences with divorce, as Helen, who has two children, parted ways with her spouse of two years, after being with him for more than ten years.

According to the source, James and Helen have been keeping their relationship quite casual, often spending time together at cafes and eateries, as well as taking strolls, from late 2023 onwards.

Of late, they’ve been spending more time together and seem to be quite fond of each other. While they haven’t labeled their relationship as ‘exclusive’, it’s clear that they are currently in a romantic situation.

They share many similar experiences, notably going through divorce. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that they’ve provided support for one another during a challenging time in their respective lives.

Instead, they’re not forcing anything and are simply enjoying each other’s company. They’re providing each other with exactly what they require at this moment in time.

On Saturday evening, the couple were spotted at an upscale sushi eatery in Knightsbridge, just a stone’s throw from Harrods. This high-end establishment, known for its exquisite ribeye steaks priced at £98 and Scallops & Foie Gras starter at £52.50, also serves cocktails for £19. It is a popular spot among celebrities and football stars like Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka.

The couple tucked into sushi and downed cocktails as they chatted for more than two hours.

A bystander observed: ‘They appeared to be oblivious to everyone else in the restaurant, focusing solely on one another. They exchanged laughter, playful banter, and even held hands throughout their meal.’

After concluding our delightful repast, I claimed a cozy nook and found myself in an intimate moment with my companion. The air seemed to hum with familiarity, as if we were two strangers just beginning to discover each other – a magical reenactment of the enchanting first date experience.

Last month, it came out that Chloe is aware that the ex-Wasps flanker has been enjoying time with others, but she emphasized that their relationship, although complex due to co-parenting duties, remains strong and balanced.

The final year of our marriage was nothing short of terrible. It was shrouded in darkness, filled with pain, and ranks among the most difficult periods I’ve ever experienced. Thankfully, we chose to part ways. Looking back, I can hardly believe I managed to survive it as well as I did.

‘I believe it’s a good thing for many to view this situation positively. I feel incredibly proud and immensely relieved that I finally decided to call it quits.’

Following their separation, the pair continued to reside in their house in north London and frequently appeared together with Bodhi, making efforts to remain friendly towards each other for the sake of their daughter.

Although some people speculated that they might be reuniting due to recent events, Chloe clarified that they have each moved forward in their lives. She even hinted that her former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! co-star may find a new partner before she does.

She said: ‘It’ll probably happen for James long before it happens to me if it hasn’t already.

‘I’m waiting for the conversation to happen at some point.’
