Chloe Brockett Stands By Jack Fincham After Bail Release

On Saturday, I proudly shared a heartwarming photo of Chloe Brockett and her beau, Jack Fincham, showcasing their loving bond, despite the challenges they’re facing. Even though Jack is currently battling an appeal against his six-week jail sentence for a dog attack, Chloe remains steadfast by his side.

The Reality TV Star hasn’t been far from the ex-Love Island contestant (aged 32) since he was sentenced to six weeks imprisonment on Wednesday, following an incident where his dog, Elvis, bit a jogger in north Kent and resulted in his incarceration.

After getting bailed out, he’s been seen frequently in Essex with his occasional partner, who broke down in tears in court as he admitted guilt this past week.

Now, it’s clear that she openly supports him, given that she posted a warm selfie for her 412,000 followers to see.

She shared a snapshot of the pair snuggling in bed, accompanied by the message: “I love you now, @jack_charlesf”. [This version aims to convey the same meaning but uses simpler language and a more casual tone.]

Four days ago, I myself posted a photo capturing a delightful moment with my partner at the tranquil Champneys spa retreat nestled in Hampshire’s picturesque landscape.

They continued to be deeply fond of each other, just as evident when they struck a pose in cozy white garments, enjoying some champagne.

Chloe wrote in her caption:  The best time at @champneysspas forest mere with my❤️’.

In December of 2024, Chloe announced that she and Jack had reconciled. Their relationship had been rocky over the past few months, with Chloe even using social media to criticize Jack for not paying household bills while living together.

By late November, Chloe had written: ‘Jack and I are no longer together, and it’s been quite burdensome shouldering the financial responsibilities, as he refuses to contribute at all.’

‘Girls, remember to never settle. Always bites you in the backside.’

In a short while, Chloe removed her Instagram story and informed followers that what she had stated was “not true and spoken out of anger”.

Apologizing for her previous statement, she explained: ‘Hey everyone. Yesterday, I made a mistake by sharing something untrue and said out of anger. From now on, I prefer to keep personal matters private. I’ll strive to stay composed in all situations and not disclose my own personal issues. Enjoy your Sunday everyone x.’

The latest split less than a month after they reunited following another temporary split.

In 2018, Jack emerged victorious on the ITV2 reality show Love Island alongside Dani Dyer, yet unlike Dani, his professional journey hasn’t experienced the same level of growth over the past six years.

This week, I swiftly initiated an appeal process after receiving my sentence handed down by Southend Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

After being sentenced by the Southend Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, I acted quickly and appealed the decision this week.

According to TopMob’s disclosure, it was Richard Sudell, aged 42, who encountered reality TV star’s aggressive dog Elvis, close to his residence in Swanley, Kent, back in September 2022.

The man who is married and has two children resides in a house valued at approximately £760,000, which he bought together with his spouse, Sulinder Kaur Sudell (age 49), on the same street as Fincham, about two years ago.

On Wednesday, Fincham made an appearance at the Magistrates’ Court in Southend-on-Sea, charged with two offenses related to having a dog that was dangerously out of control.

In a court case, a 32-year-old individual admitted their guilt for the offenses, among which was an event unrelated to this one that took place in Grays, Essex, during June 2024. Remarkably, no harm was reported during this specific incident.

Previously frequent cast member of TOWIE was given a six-week prison term, as the judge decided that an additional suspended sentence for Fincham would not be suitable.

On Wednesday, when the verdict was announced, Chloe Brockett, his sometimes high-profile partner, couldn’t hold back her tears and was escorted from the courtroom by family members who were present with him.

However, the ex-pen salesman has requested a review of his imprisonment and was allowed to remain free until the appeal’s decision is made.

Later on, he was spotted locking lips with his The Only Way Is Essex companion outside a market, walking together by the hand in Essex, following the court hearing.

After being released on bail following his court appearance for a dog attack incident, residents living near Fincham’s family home have characterized the big Cane Corso as intimidating. Notably, these neighbors mentioned that they hadn’t spotted Fincham for quite a while.

A nearby resident, preferring anonymity, shared their sentiment: “I tend to feel uneasy around dogs in general, and this one certainly appears quite intimidating.

‘He’s quite an intimidating looking dog.’

The neighbor went on, expressing relief that they lived on opposite sides of the street since the dog was rather lively. They also mentioned that the breed was one you might find unsettling if around kids.

‘It’s a fair sized dog I would say and it was the appearance was not very nice,’ they added.

A fellow resident and dog parent commented, saying, “He seems like a combat-ready or intimidating canine, perhaps resembling Elvis.

‘I think my husband met the dog we’re talking about when he took our dog for a walk.

‘I think he does take orders, but maybe at that time of the attack he didn’t see what happened.

The resident thought that Fincham no longer resided at the property, yet his parents continued to live on the same street.

She mentioned: “From then on, whenever I spotted the dog, it was always on a leash. Since that incident, I haven’t encountered the dog off its leash.

Initially, when Fincham’s Cane Corso bit and attacked the runner back in September 2022, the affected individual was open to receiving an apology along with a warning.

Consequently, the 32-year-old will need to enroll in a course about responsible pet ownership and comply with these three stipulations:

1. The dog must always be kept on a leash when outside.
2. The canine should wear a muzzle whenever it is outdoors.
3. The animal should not be left unattended with anyone under the age of 16.

In June 2024, there was another occurrence involving Elvis. On this occasion, he reportedly grasped a woman’s leg and exerted pressure on her calf.

The event occurred during the third month of Fincham’s suspended prison term, a penalty he received for operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs.

In the court proceedings, I was found to have shared images on Facebook, depicting me taking Elvis, my dog, to a pub in Kent, without the necessary restraint like a muzzle or lead, which violated the stipulated conditions.

As a die-hard fan, I couldn’t help but feel thrilled when Fincham mentioned the pub being canine-welcoming. I honestly didn’t foresee any problems arising from it.

In her statement during sentencing, Ms. Anne Wade mentioned that he had shown some accountability for his actions and had demonstrated a degree of adherence to the terms of probation.

If Fincham adheres to the three conditions after his release, his dog will be given back to him, as the court decided.

Later on, Sergeant Alex Watkins stated: ‘Dog owners must assume accountability for their pets, and in such instances, this particular dog displayed a dangerous lack of control.’

As a fervent admirer, I must say, on two separate instances, I was afforded the opportunity to guide them, offering sage counsel and a veiled warning, conditionally. Yet, alas, they chose not to heed my words, leading us here to this verdict.

‘I thank both victims for their courage during this investigation.’

In addition to his current suspended sentence from a prior driving infraction, Fincham was ordered by the court to make a payment of £3680, with £200 going as compensation to Robert Sudell and an additional £50 going to a different victim as compensation as well.

A payment plan was set up for Fincham to pay £400 per month upon release from jail.

As a devoted supporter, I find myself once again grappling with the latest legal setback facing the former reality star. Previously, there was public outrage when this individual brought Elvis, a dog whose ears were cropped illegally in the UK, into our country back in 2021.

In a critique, animal welfare organization PETA criticized Fincham earlier, encouraging him to leverage his influence to denounce acts of cruelty instead.

In response to the criticism, Fincham openly stood by his companion, even posting a picture on Instagram accompanied by the caption: “My dearest friend globally. A tale to share with you imminently. Occasionally, I wonder if our nation has lost its integrity entirely.
