Chloe Brockett Dumps Jack Fincham Again After His Jail Sentence Flap

As a lifestyle advisor, I must share some recent developments. Chloe Brockett and Jack Fincham, two individuals in the public eye, have parted ways once more. The past year has been particularly challenging for them, with Jack facing complications that led to an overturned jail sentence. This tumultuous period seems to have taken its toll on their relationship.

For several years now, the TV star, aged 24, and the ex-Love Island champion, 32, have experienced ups and downs in their partnership, which began back in 2019.

In May 2024, they set up their initial shared residence, and they also established a combined account for regular updates on their house improvements.

Chloe has declared that she’s back on the market and intends to prioritize her personal growth, while they are planning to live apart.

On a Tuesday Q&A with my Instagram community, I was queried about my current love status.

She replied: ‘I’m no longer in a romantic connection… I merely wish to concentrate on my personal growth and what brings joy to me.’

As for your query about my living situation with Jack,

At present, they reside in Romford, yet Chloe seems to yearn for the excitement of Essex, whereas Jack has plans to relocate to Kent.

Last month, Jack managed to reverse his six-week imprisonment verdict following an appeal against his dog ownership charge, which involved a pet that was uncontrollably dangerous.

2021 has been a challenging time for the couple, with Chloe deciding to leave “The Only Way Is Essex” (TOWIE) after being part of it for five years, which had an impact on her well-being in recent months.

Initially, Jack received his sentence in January 2025 following an incident involving his black Cane Corso named Elvis. This incident occurred back in September 2022 when Elvis attacked runner Robert Sudell in Swanley, Kent.

Five-year-old Elvis has returned home to Essex, now residing with Jack and his partner Chloe Brockett, following an eight-month stay at a police facility.

Jack, who had pleaded guilty to the charge, faced two separate incidents involving his dog.

In the initial event, Mr. Sudell sustained an injury, whereas during another occurrence in June 2024, a woman experienced an uncomfortable situation where someone grabbed her lower leg, but luckily, she didn’t suffer any injuries.

In accordance with the ruling made at the magistrates’ court, Jack was directed to make several payments: a total of £2,000 towards kennel expenses, a fine amounting to £961, and £200 in compensation to Mr. Sudell.

In June 2024, as Jack was unloading boxes from his car after recently moving to the property, Richard Cooper stated that it was during this time the dog incident occurred, with the dog managing to escape.

Originally, the court imposed a prison sentence on Jack due to his disregard for the guidelines established following the initial assault. Specifically, he had neglected to keep Elvis on a leash and put a muzzle on him as required.

However, Jack’s legal team successfully argued that immediate imprisonment was too harsh.

Richard Cooper argued that it was an oversight, stemming from neglecting crucial details. He should have inquired about the rules before bringing his dog to the pub without a leash.

Despite the issues being self-inflicted, Mr. Fincham has made significant strides on his own, driven by his personal willpower and dedication to hard work.

Three years ago, I hit my lowest point, jobless and adrift. I turned to alcohol and drugs as a means of escape.

His projects came to an end, yet he deserves recognition for taking steps to rectify the situation. He sought help from local government officials and went back to a conventional 9-to-5 job that relies solely on diligence. Additionally, he resumed his involvement in boxing.

Due to the appeal being successful, Jack has managed to evade imprisonment; however, he’s still required to adhere to stringent rules concerning Elvis. Among these conditions are:

1. Ensuring that Elvis is always muzzled and leashed in public areas.
2. Never leaving Elvis unattended with anyone under the age of 16.

In her assessment, Samantha Leigh stated that the activation of the suspended sentence wasn’t fair. Instead, she proposed extending the suspended sentence by three months. She also mentioned that it wouldn’t be fitting to alter any other sentence that had been previously imposed.

She warned, “Mr. Fincham, you must exercise great caution. The blame for any issues rarely lies with the dog; instead, it’s usually the owner who should take responsibility.

In March, Jack was spared jail after speeding his £50,000 car during a cocaine binge.

On the A2 in Kent, he found himself at the wheel of his BMW 520D, traveling along the emergency lane, when a police officer pulled him over.

Jack later admitted drug driving and driving without due care and attention.

He also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance and using false number plates.

In 2018, Jack, the winner of the ITV show alongside Dani Dyer, testified in court that he was driving angrily on August 2023 to visit a friend who was experiencing difficult times.

Originally, he received a sentence that would be served over 12 weeks, but with the chance to avoid immediate imprisonment for 18 months. However, this leniency has now been increased by an additional three months.

Sergeant Alex Watkins of Essex Police issued a statement following the ruling:

It falls upon owners to ensure their dogs are under control, especially during instances where they behave in a dangerous manner. While we respect the court’s ruling today, we hope that Mr. Fincham will implement appropriate safety measures moving forward.

Initially, the runner was prepared to forgive the Cane Corso’s attack and bite by accepting an apology and warning from Jack.

Consequently, the 32-year-old would need to enroll in a class about responsible pet ownership and adhere to three stipulations:

1. The dog must always be kept on a leash.
2. The dog should wear a muzzle whenever it is outside.
3. The animal should not be left unattended with anyone under the age of 16.

Yet, in June 2024, another instance occurred involving Elvis. He reportedly held onto a woman’s leg and exerted force on her calf.

The event occurred after Jack had served three months of his suspended sentence, a penalty he received for driving under the influence of drugs.

Jack’s father, Mark Gard, has also served prison time. Earlier, he was found guilty of distributing cocaine across different parts of the nation.

Away from his reality TV exploits, Jack has previously dabbled in the sport of boxing.

He previously took part on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather’s bout against Youtuber Deji in 2022.

After the brawl, Jack explained how he plunged into a phase of self-destructive behavior by celebrating excessively for approximately 18 months.

In the throes of my personal struggle, I found myself spiraling out of control. Amidst a fierce internal battle with substance abuse, I was about to enter into an even bigger fight, unbeknownst to many. For several years, I had been quietly grappling with this addiction, keeping it hidden from most,” I confided in Amber O’Donnell.

He shared, “Every weekend found me away, often indulging in substances and excessive drinking, engaging in activities that cost me jobs, friendships. Whenever I stumbled, I’d lean on my family for support. However, I believe they eventually reached a point where they grew weary of my struggles.

To break free from harmful behaviors, Jack decided to seek help at a rehabilitation center following his addiction to cocaine and diazepam tablets.

Speaking to the Sun at the time, Jack confessed: ‘Death was on the cards for me, it was imminent.’

The ruling marks a significant win for Jack, who has faced multiple legal battles in recent years.

In spite of previous debates, Jack remains firm in his support for his beloved pet. Previously, he encountered criticism when he brought Elvis over from Russia back in 2021; it was controversial because Elvis’s ears were cropped, which is against the law in the UK.

At that point, advocates for animal welfare, such as PETA, criticized him, yet Jack stood firm, describing Elvis as “the best friend I have in this entire world.

Upon being addressed by Richard Cooper from TopMob, he expressed that they had long viewed the initial ruling made by the Magistrates as overly severe and unfair.

In this instance, the case served as a reminder of individual accountability. It’s heartening to note that at today’s trial, the court recognized the significant progress in personal growth demonstrated by Mr. Fincham. I have no doubt that Mr. Fincham is overjoyed at the prospect of being reunited with Elvis.
