Chloe Bailey and Burna Boy hard launch their relationship in his native Nigeria

As a music enthusiast with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the lives and careers of these young powerhouses, Burna Boy and Stefflon Don, are nothing short of inspiring. Their journeys are a testament to the power of raw talent, resilience, and a little bit of luck.

Over the past two days, singers Chlöe Bailey and Burna Boy have been noticeably seen together at various public events in his home country of Nigeria, suggesting a new phase in their relationship.

At the 2022 Billboard Music Awards held in Las Vegas, for the first time in public, the 26-year-old from Atlanta and the 33-year-old Nigerian were side by side, both taking on hosting responsibilities.

In a viral video, Chloe and Burna (whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu) were shown dancing in sync wearing all-black outfits at a Lagos nightclub on Sunday evening. It’s said that he flew her in from Hollywood and picked her up in a Lamborghini beforehand.

On Monday evening, a different club played host to the five-time Grammy nominee, who chose a vibrant yellow mini-dress for her attire. She was seen dancing intimately with the night’s Grammy winner, dressed in a blue-denim cowboy hat and jeans to match.

Instead, neither member of the seemingly shy pair shared pictures of each other on their individual social media platforms.

2022 saw the end of Stefflon Don’s four-year partnership with Burna Boy following rumors that he was involved in a two-year clandestine relationship with Jopearl. A fact that Burna Boy never refuted.

In 2020, it was reportedly asserted by the 27-year-old influencer on Instagram that ‘two years feels incredibly lengthy for someone to remain concealed.’

I’ve been deeply impacted by this situation in numerous ways, and I can no longer conceal my feelings towards those who haven’t offered me the same support.

Previously, Chloe was associated with four-time Grammy-nominated rapper Gunna, Dutch soccer player Memphis Depay, and Queens-based rapper-singer Diggy Simmons, in the years 2019, 2020-2021 respectively.

Actress from Fight Night is equally active as an influencer, partnering with companies such as Pandora, Yitty, Carter’s, Core, and Ray-Ban (Meta) on sponsored deals.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that Burna is planning to release his eighth studio album titled “No Sign of Weakness,” which includes his latest hit single called “Bundle by Bundle.

At the upcoming 67th Annual Grammy Awards, broadcasting live on CBS/Paramount+ on February 2nd, Higher (a well-known rapper) has been nominated for the award recognizing the Best African Music Performance. This artist currently boasts an impressive 19 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

In the mix, Burna Boy is up against stiff rivalry from artists like Tems, Yemi Alade, Asake, Wizkid, Chris Brown along with Davido and Lojay.

In 2020, the artist known for “Sittin’ on Top of the World” released his album titled Twice as Tall, which was overseen by none other than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, a prominent figure in hip-hop, currently awaiting his federal sex-trafficking trial on May 5th.
