ChillyRoom announced that their new 2D action roguelike platformer RPG, PlatyGuard: Swarm Slayer, will be available on Android and iOS devices starting November 26th. The game previously launched in the Philippines and Malaysia, and pre-registration is now open worldwide.

ChillyRoom is back with a new game, PlatyGuard: Swarm Slayer! It’s a 2D action RPG where you explore a dark, post-apocalyptic world with a biopunk style. You can choose from a variety of unique characters called Platyguards and fight through endless waves of enemies.

In this game, you’ll investigate the mystery of the Hive Scourge while trying to survive a world-ending apocalypse and fend off mutant attacks. The gameplay is fast-paced and satisfying, focusing on powerful combos, well-timed blocks and dodges, and unleashing charged attacks. Plus, you can customize your character with tons of skills and items. It’s a style of game I really enjoy.

I was really impressed with the Platyguards – each one has different abilities, and the selection, including samurai and ninja, is fantastic. Plus, being able to summon armies, use powerful magic, or even call down lightning during battles across 6 stages is incredibly exciting.

ChillyRoom’s new game is shaping up to be a really enjoyable and exciting experience. It features constantly evolving battles, changing environments, tons of customization options, a diverse cast of characters and ways to play, plus over 50 different monsters and challenging bosses. Hopefully, the final product lives up to its potential.
