According to DailyMail.com’s exclusive report, Elijah Blue Allman, the estranged son of singer Cher, has been seen at the Chateau Marmont hotel in the company of a woman who isn’t his spouse.
48-year-old Allman is engaged in a legal dispute with his well-known mother regarding her desire to serve as his conservator instead of his wife, Marieangela ‘Queeny’ King, who is a British rocker at the age of 36.
Currently, DailyMail.com possesses unique photographs that depict Allman appearing to consume beverages, possibly cocktails, with an unidentified brunette lady at a popular Los Angeles hangout, which served as his residence during the previous summer prior to his recent stint in rehab.

According to sources, a former drug addict entered a $742-per-night hotel around early August, accompanied by another man.
A bystander stated: ‘Elijah has returned, and he appears to be in significantly improved health compared to this same period last year when he collapsed on the sidewalk outside the hotel. He arrived together with a male companion and each secured their own accommodations.’
‘He’s generally kept a low profile, but with his appearance resembling Sunset Jesus in various colorful robes wandering the hotel, he certainly stands out.’

Elijah frequently spent long stretches by the pool, chaining cigarettes with his companion. Regularly, around dusk, his friend would take him out for a few hours in their vehicle.
Then, just as if on cue, a woman with blonde hair, appearing to be in her mid-thirties, would arrive to see Elijah each evening around 7 o’clock and remain until approximately 10:30.
A source near the king reportedly shared that she has just shifted to a different apartment. However, the current state of her marriage remains uncertain, as the pair continues to spend time together.
For over a decade, Allman and King have been married, but their union has been marked by turbulence. In fact, the singer filed for divorce as recently as 2021.
In January, they submitted a plea to discard the application, but the judge rejected their appeal based on a technicality because Cher was still trying to become her son’s conservator.

As a devoted supporter, I’m sharing that Allman, who maintains sobriety, has resisted the idea of being compulsorily placed under a conservatorship managed by his mother. Instead, he has requested that the role be assigned to King.
As a committed follower, I was set to stand before the court in Los Angeles on June 11 alongside my mom, but we chose to reschedule that appearance to participate in mediation meetings instead.
The case is scheduled to go back to court on September 13.
The intense legal battle that began back in December, when Cher sought to temporarily manage Allman’s affairs as a conservator, has turned out to be quite contentious. In strong words, the 48-year-old criticized his mother, labeling her as ‘misguided’ and ‘unqualified’ for managing a conservatorship.
In a legal document, he stated, “In the past, I’ve witnessed her struggle with depression, and I am convinced that she lacks the judgment needed to manage my estate correctly.”
‘I don’t require a conservatorship, as I am capable of managing myself and overcoming my personal struggles on my own.’
According to Cher, her son’s history of drug addiction, combined with mental and physical health problems, prevents him from effectively handling the $120,000 yearly income he receives from a trust fund established by his late father, blues singer Greg Allman (who passed away in 2017).
The renowned singer expressed concern that the money from his $30,000 regular payments might be used on illegal substances, potentially endangering his life.
Initially, Judge Jessica Uzcategui rejected her application in January, stating that the legal team failed to provide sufficient advance notice about the court proceedings and declined to disclose confidential information to Allman.
Nonetheless, Cher was given the green light to proceed with the court fight, despite Allman’s objections and his preference for King being appointed should a conservatorship be needed.
In court documents, Allman stated, ‘My wife should always have the right of first claim, and I believe this means that Cher no longer has such a right.’
King’s relationship with his renowned mother-in-law has always been icy, as Cher characterizes her as a ‘disruptive influence’ in his life, hindering his attempts at maintaining sobriety and clean living.
In her court documents, she stated that their relationship has been characterized by a recurring pattern of struggles with substance abuse and mental health issues.
According to Cher, King is not helping with Elijah’s recovery process and even takes actions that prevent Elijah from becoming clean, sober, and receiving essential mental health care which he urgently requires.
As a die-hard admirer, I’m expressing that it wouldn’t be prudent to grant King any authority over Elijah and his estate due to fears that such control might lead to an instant squandering or depletion of Elijah’s assets, potentially used for self-destructive pursuits.
Additionally, they disagreed on Cher’s choice to take her son to a rehabilitation facility in Mexico, leading King to make a trip there himself to retrieve Allman prematurely.
In legal documents, he stated: ‘For quite some time, my mother and I have had a tense relationship. To illustrate, on October 17, 2023, my mother organized for me to be taken to Mexico under the pretext of receiving “unconventional holistic treatment”.’
Upon my arrival in Mexico, I discovered to my dismay that I wasn’t here for the holistic treatment I thought I had signed up for. To my surprise, I was informed that I couldn’t depart from this place.
‘It was my wife who retained counsel and negotiated my release from the facility in Mexico.
Although I’d like to think that my mom has my best interests at heart when it comes to financial matters, my own experiences tell me otherwise as I know she struggles with managing her own finances.
‘I therefore have grave concerns about this court permitting her to manage any of mine.’
