Chase Chrisley jailed on battery charge for alleged assault at Atlanta sports bar

It’s said that Chase Chrisley was allegedly imprisoned on Thursday due to a battery charge stemming from an incident at a bar in Atlanta, Georgia, which occurred three days prior.

As a devoted fan, I found myself in an unexpected situation this past Monday. It’s me, the 28-year-old star from Chrisley Knows Best, who has been accused of something quite uncharacteristic – allegedly slapping the manager at a Twin Peaks restaurant and sports bar.

The news outlet acquired a police report indicating that law enforcement officials were dispatched to a restaurant, renowned for its waitstaff’s suggestive attire, approximately 7:30 PM on the given Monday night.

As stated in the report, following the incident, the general manager informed the police that Chrisley had assaulted him. However, by the time the authorities arrived on the scene, Chrisley had already departed.

It’s now known that he was reportedly detained at the Fulton County Jail on Thursday. His mugshot is believed to have been taken during this time.

According to TMZ, he had been allegedly charged with the minor offense of simple battery and later granted bail set at $10,000, allowing him to be released.

As reported by the manager, Chrisley exhibited extremely intoxicated behavior while he was at the bar. He became disrespectful and aggressive towards both the staff and patrons.

As a lifestyle advisor, I found myself in a situation where I repeatedly requested Chrisley to vacate the establishment, yet he persisted in remaining there. His demeanor gradually escalated, becoming increasingly agitated.

Moments following his latest ejection attempt, it’s claimed that Chrisley retaliated by delivering two hard slaps to the manager’s face.

It seems like the reported slaps didn’t cause any harm, as the manager declined a medical check-up and asserted that he was unharmed.

Despite this, he chose to submit a police complaint for ‘simple assault’, accusing Chrisley in the process.

It’s uncertain whether the manager was aware that Chrisley was already a regular on his family’s hit reality show prior to the alleged event, but according to the report, he claimed that one of his staff members informed him that Chrisley is a famous personality.

So far, neither Chase nor his family have commented on the alleged assault.

After Chrisley’s ex-fiancee, Emmy Medders, seemingly introduced her recent romance with rugby player Christian Dyer by posting a picture of them hugging near a Christmas tree on her Instagram Stories on New Year’s Day, a legal complication has arisen.

In a post on Instagram in July of 2023, Chrisley declared that he and Medders had decided to call off their engagement and move forward independently.

In an Instagram post, Chrisley stated that many people have been curious about him and Emmy. They’ve decided to go their separate ways and focus on their individual lives. He kindly asks everyone to honor their privacy during this transition.

The split came around three years after Chrisley and Medders went Instagram official in July 2020.

But despite its turbulent nature, they parted ways in 2021, eventually reconciling in the springtime of 2022.
