Charlotte Dawson hasn’t dismissed the idea of expanding her family further, even though her life is already busy with three young kids, as it often gets chaotic.
The celebrity, aged 32, who has Noah (4), Jude (2), and six-month-old Gigi with partner Matt Sarsfield, shared that although life can be overwhelming, she continues to harbor hopes for additional children.
Charlotte, daughter of the late comedian Les Dawson, frequently shares photographs and videos of her children on social media, allowing her followers to witness various milestones in their lives.
This week, Charlotte mentioned that Noah began primary school, Jude advanced to the next class in nursery, and Gigi started the process of weaning; all the while, she herself was persisting in her effort to lose the weight gained during pregnancy.
Although participating in a weight loss program where she hopes to notice improvements, Charlotte has confessed that she might not have completed her plans for more children yet.

It’s challenging, undoubtedly, yet it holds the most incredible rewards.
Previously known “Ex on the Beach” cast member also shared that her romantic involvement with Matt has been put on hold due to the importance of focusing on family affairs at the moment.
She confessed that they hadn’t gone on any date nights lately, but it was important for them to focus a bit more on each other since they hadn’t been doing so for some time. At present, things have been centered around the children.
Charlotte expressed her belief that their relationship’s ember will rekindle once they establish a regular rhythm, adding: “We’ve faced numerous challenges, but we’re resilient. When we find our groove, you’ll see – sparks will start flying again!
After the news broke that Charlotte and Matt’s company, Dawsylicious, had gone out of business, they found themselves in a severe financial crisis.
Based on records from Companies House, it appears that the reality star’s business has accumulated a substantial tax debt of approximately £88,000 and filed for voluntary liquidation towards the end of May.
The mother-of-three co-owns the wholesale clothing and footwear brand with Matt.
The documents reveal that the company owns approximately £15,000 worth of assets, leaving its estimated liabilities at around £73,300 in the red.
From its launch in May 2020 until April 2024, Dawsylicious has received a total of three warning letters, with the latest one arriving in April 2024.
Her financial records needed to be submitted by February 29, 2024, and her confirmation document was due on June 2, 2024. Unfortunately, both submissions are now past their respective due dates.
Dawsylicious, the sole limited company Charlotte has listed with Companies House, specializes in wholesaling clothing and footwear items.
She is also known to have a separate tanning brand, Dawsylicious Tanning.
The Daily Mail contacted Charlotte’s representatives for comment at the time.
In February, Charlotte shared some insights about her relationship with Matt, which had been approximately six months since the ex-rugby player was found sending explicit messages to another woman.
Acknowledging that 2024 was quite a wild ride, she admitted to The Daily Mail that during that period, they hadn’t been spending much quality time together. However, she added that their situation has since shown signs of improvement.
She mentioned that last year was particularly challenging, and managing everything during her pregnancy made it even more difficult.
Things are much improved now; clearly, we’ve worked through the issues and we’re eagerly looking forward to expanding our family.
In December, the pair opted to confront the public about their sexting scandal, as Matt had previously appeared on her podcast titled “The Naughty Corner.
In their attempt to mend their relationship, Matt found himself overwhelmed with emotion as he confessed that he deeply lamented his past choice, which had left him devastated with remorse.
Regarding Matthew’s podcast appearance, Charlotte elaborated that it was a significant step for him.
‘He proved to be an exceptionally challenging interviewee due to his apparent nerves, yet we are determined to create a harmonious atmosphere and treat him as if he were part of our family.’
Given how public the situation was, I believe his statement could have provided significant support to many other couples experiencing similar issues.
She remarked, ‘It seems we made the right choice. Discussing things openly is indeed a great approach for handling situations effectively, wouldn’t you agree?’
In another light, I observed him. Surprisingly, he showed great vulnerability in that moment, something I hadn’t anticipated. It took courage of him to reveal such emotion, as it’s not typical behavior from him.
I believe this was the right decision for us, and I hope it offers some assistance to other couples experiencing similar challenges, because let’s face it, every relationship has its ups and downs.

If I had control over the situation, I would have chosen to keep it confidential. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Since transparency is a part of who I am online, discussing this matter seemed necessary. It wouldn’t feel right for me to avoid addressing it.
