Charlotte Dawson reveals how much weight she gained over Christmas after relationship troubles with her on/off fiancé Matt Sarsfield plagued her build-up to the festive season

Charlotte Dawson revealed on her Instagram story this Monday that she had gained weight over the Christmas holidays.

The 33-year-old TV star shared that she put on a few pounds during the holidays and encouraged her fans not to feel bad about enjoying festive treats and celebrations.

Charlotte shared a raw video of herself in workout clothes, telling her fans: ‘Hi everyone, just letting you know I started my period.’

‘Oh, I felt it this morning. It was like a Bloody Mary coming out of me. It was bloody awful.

I weighed myself this morning, even though I’m not officially starting my plan until Monday. I just wanted to see how much I’d gained over the holidays.

She shared that she recently weighed 11 stone 8 pounds, and today she weighs 11 stone 12 pounds. She wanted to share the current weight for reference.

I feel like I’ve done a great job staying on track. Normally, around Christmas, I gain about a stone in weight, or just a little less.

I’ve only gained four pounds, which isn’t too bad considering I’ve been enjoying pizza and celebrating Christmas. Wow!

She added: ‘I’ve enjoyed myself and I don’t ever feel guilty for that.’

Charlotte shared a video and wrote that she gained four pounds over Christmas, and she’s happy about it! She said it’s less than she’s gained in previous years, and she wants people to know she enjoyed the holidays and doesn’t feel bad about it. She also mentioned she’s just finished eating pizza.

I was so inspired by Charlotte’s recent post! She shared a before-and-after photo of herself in a swimsuit, and revealed she lost almost two stone between July and December of last year. It’s amazing to see her dedication and progress!

She shared before-and-after photos to promote her Belleh Blaster diet, writing, ‘I can really see a difference in these pictures! I’m so proud of my progress!’

Charlotte also told her followers that by the end of January, she hopes to lose one stone. 

She announced to her followers that she’s aiming to lose one stone in six weeks, with a goal of reaching that weight loss by the end of January.

I’m making good progress and it’s incredibly motivating to receive messages telling me they can see a real difference and that I’m doing a great job.

I’ve finally gotten back into my size 14 clothes, which feels great! I’m challenging myself to lose one stone in the next six weeks, and I think it’s achievable.

I’ve been following Charlotte closely, and her recent posts about her body have really caught my attention. It’s great to see her thriving, especially after all the silly rumors last year about a split from Matt Sarsfield – they were spotted having fun in Manchester, and people just jumped to conclusions! It’s so good to see they’re still going strong.

The TV star was spotted out in public for the first time since news broke of her breakup with her fiancé in December 2025. Sources say they split after a heated argument connected to the launch of her new tanning line.

However, Charlotte took to Instagram to insist they have not split.

She posted a photo with Matt, clarifying that they are no longer a couple. They previously got matching tattoos honoring their children, Noah, Jude, and Gigi, and she expressed excitement about a successful event they held last night.

She shared on Instagram that she’d had a really tough week. She explained she lost her voice from yelling at her launch party the night before.

Everything is fine between us. We had our launch party last night for the lip kits. We were also supposed to launch the perfume sets, but Matthew didn’t manage to get them uploaded to the website on time – it’s just like him! I’m exhausted and can’t wait to get to bed.

After eight years together, she and Matt reportedly broke up following a heated argument connected to the launch of her tanning business.
