Charlotte Dawson reveals bikini fail in candid post as she jets off on child-free holiday following the birth of her third baby with fiancé Matt Sarsfield

In a sincere social media update, Charlotte Dawson shared an unplanned moment in her swimsuit as she embarked on a vacation after welcoming her third child.

Over the weekend, as a lifestyle expert, I found myself jetting off to the beautiful island of Mallorca alongside my beloved fiancé Matt Sarsfield. Our journey was not just any ordinary getaway; we were there to commemorate Matt’s remarkable mother, who turned 60 years young! As a mother of three myself, I can truly appreciate the significance of such milestones and the joy they bring to our lives.

On Tuesday evening, Charlotte admitted on Instagram that the favorite bikini she’d brought along for her getaway, which was intended to be swimwear-free, no longer suited her properly.

In a pair of white and gold buckled two-piece outfits, she posted two photos – one taken prior to the birth of Gigi, and another after her post-pregnancy period.

Charlotte labeled the spontaneous upload as: “When the swimsuit from your suitcase no longer fits! It was quite a disappointment (even physically!) to realize that my favorite vacation swimsuit is now too small, oh well, hindsight is 20/20.

I’ve found this particular item to be reliable as it typically accommodates my figure. However, after giving birth to child number three, there seems to be an excessive amount of muffin top on my waistline! Nonetheless, I can deal with it.

As mentioned a few days ago, I’ve never weighed this much before – an entire 14 pounds heavier than I was post-Noah and Jude. Sadly, none of my current clothes fit me comfortably anymore.

I’m definitely going to resume my Belleh Blaster program, taking it easy on the exercise and focusing first on the diet part. However, I’ll be adding an additional 500 calories per day due to breastfeeding.” (To avoid misunderstandings, I wanted to mention this in advance.)

I’ve successfully carried out this plan not just one time, but two. This gives me confidence that it will work again. I invite you to embark on this journey with me for the third time.

In May, it became clear that Charlotte’s company, Dawsylicious, had faced severe financial difficulties, eventually leading to its liquidation, which put Charlotte in a state of financial crisis.

As records from Companies House show, the reality star’s company reportedly owes £88,000 in taxes and has appointed for voluntary liquidation. In simpler terms, the company is facing a tax debt of approximately £88,000 and has chosen to go through the process of being dissolved voluntarily.

Charlotte co-owns the wholesale clothing and footwear brand with her fiancé Matt Sarsfield. 

Last year, I was fortunate enough to mend a significant relationship that had been tested following the public revelation of a sexting scandal involving a well-known former rugby player. This experience taught me the importance of open communication, understanding, and patience when faced with difficult situations.

Now, this pair, with sons Noah (age 4) and Jude (1 year 8 months), along with newborn daughter Gigi, will need to tackle their financial difficulties as a team.

The financial records indicate that the company owns approximately £15,000 worth of assets, which is expected to leave a potential shortfall or debt of about £73,300.

From its establishment in May 2020, Dawsylicious has received three penalty notifications, with the latest occurring in April 2024.

By February 29, 2024, she had to settle her outstanding bills, but she didn’t do it in time, making them past due. Similarly, her confirmation statement was supposed to be submitted by June 2, 2024, and again, it seems she missed the deadline, as it is now overdue as well.

Charlotte’s sole publicly-traded corporation, Dawsylicious, is registered at Companies House and specializes in the wholesale distribution of apparel and footwear.

She is also known to have a separate tanning brand, Dawsylicious Tanning. 

TopMob have contacted Charlotte’s representatives for comment.  

In February, Charlotte shared some insights about her and Matt’s relationship status, approximately half a year after it was revealed that Matt had been involved in sexting with another woman.

Acknowledging that 2024 was quite the thrill ride, she openly shared with TopMob that the pair had fallen out of the habit of setting aside quality time for one another, and they had neglected to go on regular dates.

Last year proved challenging, particularly during pregnancy, as handling everything was quite tough.

Things are much improved now; it’s clear that we’ve resolved issues and we can’t wait to expand our family with renewed enthusiasm.

The couple decided to openly discuss the sexting controversy that arose in December, as Matt was a guest on her podcast called “The Naughty Corner.

As Matt began to express remorse for his past actions, he confessed deeply regretting his choice and feeling profoundly saddened by its consequences, causing him to break down in tears as they tentatively moved towards rebuilding trust.

Regarding Matthew’s decision to appear on the podcast, she clarified it was a significant step for him.

He’s proven to be the most challenging podcast guest I’ve encountered thus far, given his apparent nerves. However, we are determined to find common ground and create a comfortable environment, treating him like part of our team.

In my opinion, since it was highly visible, what he stated might have been beneficial for numerous couples dealing with similar issues.

Charlotte commented: “It seems to me that this was an excellent decision, discussing everything is indeed the most effective approach for handling situations, isn’t it?

In another light, I observed a different aspect of him. Surprisingly, he also showed great vulnerability during that moment, something I hadn’t anticipated. His act of baring his emotions took courage, as it’s not typical behavior from him.
