She’s long been known for her wild partying as a star of Geordie Shore. 

On Sunday, Charlotte Crosby got overly enthusiastic at Adam Frisby’s gender reveal party and ended up falling during the festivities, as shown in a funny video posted on Instagram.

The creator of fashion label In The Style, aged 38, was joyfully anticipating the arrival of their first child with partner Jamie Corbett, 37, as they had announced they were expecting via a surrogate.

At the gender reveal event, the couple had the backing of their lifelong friend Charlotte, who was joined by other well-known friends of theirs.

In an Instagram Story post by Adam, it was shown that Charlotte tried to dance the ‘worm’ move, yet ended up unintentionally exposing her bare rear end during the performance.

In a hurry to maintain her decency, the boisterous celebrity broke into laughter as she adjusted her attire, and Adam fittingly titled the post: “Oh, for heavens’ sake.” (or simply “For the love of…”, abbreviated FLOP.)

Last month, Daily Mail announced that Adam and his 37-year-old partner are expecting a child via surrogacy.

Since the announcement of the news, Adam has been candid about the harsh criticism they have encountered online, with some labeling them as ‘accused child abusers and sex traffickers’ due to their desire to become parents through surrogacy.

In a conversation on the We Need To Talk podcast, Adam shared an upsetting incident: ‘Under various online articles about our newborn, we faced appalling comments totaling over 2,500. People accused us of being child abusers, traffickers, and even claimed we were stealing babies from mothers… It was heart-wrenching to read such hateful words. It’s truly terrifying.’

Although he has his own background, Adam remains eager for their parenthood adventure, expressing: “We are about to welcome a child into the world who will be overflowing with love… my deepest concern in life is not being a capable father. I believe this apprehension arises because I didn’t experience that as a child myself.

Adam clarified that the identity of the biological father of their unborn baby remains unknown, yet he emphasized that it doesn’t make a difference in any case.

In simpler terms, he conveyed that neither Adam nor Jamie can definitively claim the paternity since the gender is unknown and there’s no biological connection established. The unique aspect lies in the mystery of who it might be, and both of them are indifferent to this detail because they consider themselves as the fathers regardless, with a deep affection for each other.

In an exclusive chat with us, Adam and Jamie couldn’t contain their excitement as they revealed the long-held secret. They expressed their joy in sharing the news with loved ones, describing the experience as truly unique and special.

It took everyone by surprise, leaving everyone stunned and overwhelmed with emotions. I believe this unexpected outcome is what we cherish most about the process. It allows us to share our joy with those who care for us deeply, as they were truly invested in our success.

Adam and Jamie clarified that the journey to finding a suitable surrogate has been intricate and challenging. Previously, they found a match, but unfortunately, she experienced a miscarriage.

In 2022, we found a surrogate and went through all the necessary steps, but unfortunately, she had a miscarriage last year, and then she decided to withdraw from the process. It was undeniably a challenging ordeal for her, and as a result, we found ourselves back at the beginning of the process once more, which was particularly disappointing for us after three years of trying.

During his conversation with Paul on the podcast, Adam expressed astonishment, as he never imagined that fatherhood could be a reality for him.

Over the course of approximately eight to nine years, Adam shared, we’ve had many discussions about this venture, and for the past five years, we’ve actively worked towards bringing our plans to fruition.

Now, we’re about to become fathers, and it simply feels overwhelmingly amazing. This opportunity, for me, seems like a chance to embody the person I wished I had in my life when I was growing up.

As a nurturing soul, I’ve harbored the desire for parenthood since time immemorial. It’s the burning yearning within me to shower unconditional affection that propels this longing. I aspire to create an environment where my children can thrive and experience a love-filled life, one that maybe fell short in some aspects during my own upbringing.

Adam shared that five years ago, they decided to sign up with a surrogacy agency as a way of expressing, “we’re eager to attempt this process.” Eventually, they were paired with their chosen surrogate.

Following a miscarriage, the surrogate ended the arrangement, and they had to restart the process of locating another individual who could carry their baby.

Pondering over the tough aspects of the journey, Adam mused: ‘There were moments when it seemed beyond our reach. Perhaps it simply wasn’t destined for us. We can’t make things happen against their will, at 38 and Jamie being 37, we often wondered if this would ever come to pass.’

‘And then this year it did, it’s been incredible.’

In my pursuit of parenthood, I found myself drawn to the United States due to its more favorable laws regarding same-sex parenting compared to the UK. Jamie’s decision to undergo surrogacy there was a result of this legal advantage.

In America, you’re recognized as the legal parents of a child right from birth, whereas in Britain, it requires going through an adoption process after the baby has been born.

The couple will wait until August 31 for their gender reveal event, after which they’ll choose names and arrange their nursery.

Adam and Jamie serve as the godparents for Charlotte Crosby and Jake Ankers’ two kids, Alba and Pixi. They shared that spending quality moments with these little ones has been an enriching experience, teaching them numerous lessons.

They shared: ‘We’re lucky to be godfathers to Charlotte and Jake’s children, and it is amazing. 

We deeply cherish them and have already spent a wealth of valuable and memorable moments together, such as diaper-changing and overnight stays, that we might not have had the opportunity to do otherwise.

Charlotte displays a myriad of characteristics, including eccentricity, humor (you might say), yet above all, she shines as an exceptional mother. We’ve gained invaluable insights from her, and it seems her energy is boundless with enthusiasm.

Initially, she shed tears upon learning she couldn’t speak, but now she’s overjoyed. Indeed, we gained valuable insights from both her and Jake, as well as plenty of suggestions from our friends and relatives.
