Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller claims she’s being ‘blackmailed’ by her former drug dealer

Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, is alleging that she is ‘the victim of extortion.’ 

According to information obtained from law enforcement officials, the actress, aged 47, alleges that her ex-drug supplier is attempting to extort her using incriminating footage. The footage reportedly shows her purchasing illegal substances as well as other private activities deemed sensitive or embarrassing.

According to the report, the mother of two claims that her ex-supplier threatened to release embarrassing videos of her in public as a means of retaliation if she didn’t settle the debt with him.

It has been claimed by law enforcement sources that while Mueller maintains he didn’t receive money from Brooke, it is alleged that she previously attempted to silence him through presents and cash, allegedly amounting to tens of thousands of dollars.

After several rounds of discussion, Mueller ultimately chose to reach out for assistance from the relevant law enforcement agencies.

At this time, no arrests have been made in the investigation, which is still ongoing. 

In September, Mueller revealed that she celebrated nine months of sobriety. 

In the timeframe from 2008 to 2011, she had been married to Sheen, the man who became the father of her 15-year-old twins, Bob and Max.

More recently, Mueller has been part of an investigation within the law enforcement sector which resulted in five arrests linked to the tragic overdose death of actor Matthew Perry, approximately a month ago.

According to TMZ’s report on Wednesday, Mueller assisted in the police investigation regarding Perry’s death last October since she had connections with both Jasveen Sangha, aged 41, and Erik Fleming, aged 54.

In October of last year, both individuals were apprehended on suspicion of being involved in Perry’s demise. Prosecutors asserted that Sangha, known as ‘The Ketamine Queen,’ supplied the drugs that led to Perry’s death, while Fleming was said to have delivered these lethal substances to him.

At some point, Mueller was admitted to a drug treatment center in the Los Angeles area alongside actor Matthew Perry, who passed away on October 28, 2023, when he was 54 years old.

According to legal documents examined by the AP, prosecutors alleged that Sangha was disseminating substances like ketamine from her residence in North Hollywood, California. These substances reportedly included those that contributed to Perry’s demise.

She faces charges for six offenses: conspiring to distribute ketamine, maintaining a location used for drug distribution, intending to distribute both methamphetamine and ketamine, and distributing ketamine on five separate occasions.

In response to charges that could potentially lead to a sentence of 10 years to life in prison, Sangha has pleaded not guilty. However, a magistrate judge has ordered that she be kept in detention.

According to reports, Mueller and Fleming enjoyed a very intimate relationship, while Fleming had also maintained a long-standing, tight bond with Perry. They first met at one of Perry’s social gatherings when they encountered Sheen.

54-year-old Fleming, a close acquaintance of Perry’s, admitted guilt for conspiring to dispense ketamine and for distributing it, which led to someone’s death.

According to the prosecution, Fleming was accused of obtaining ketamine from Sangha, which he then provided to Kenneth Iwamasa, Perry’s live-in aide.

According to prosecutors, Fleming, potentially facing a maximum sentence of 25 years, provided Perry with 50 vials of ketamine, among which, 25 were given four days prior to the actor’s demise.

According to TMZ, authorities investigating the death of Perry, which occurred in March, confiscated Mueller’s mobile device and computer during her stay at a recovery center.

Last spring, authorities managed to get a search warrant for Mueller’s property, as they provided enough evidence to a court that a crime might have taken place, according to their report.

According to TMZ’s report, Mueller has not been taken into custody concerning this case, and it was stated that she hasn’t appeared before a grand jury for testimony. Moreover, it seems she did not receive immunity before speaking with the authorities.

This month, alongside three others detained for their involvement in Perry’s demise, is Iwamasa, a 59-year-old individual. He admitted guilt for his part in a plot to distribute ketamine that led to a death, and now faces a possible prison sentence of up to 15 years.

On August 15, Dr. Salvador Plasencia was taken into custody and accused of plotting to distribute ketamine, as well as distributing it seven times, and modifying or falsifying documents linked to the ongoing federal probe, twice.

54-year-old Dr. Mark Chavez admitted his guilt for conspiring to illegally distribute the drug ketamine. In this scheme, Chavez wrote a fake prescription for ketamine that was given to Plasencia, who later sold it to Iwamasa.
