Charlie Puth marries Brooke Sansone in Montecito, with the couple pledging 'Us, forever'

As a long-time movie buff who has seen countless weddings unfold on the silver screen, I must say that Charlie Puth and Brooke Sansone‘s nuptials seem to have taken inspiration from some of Hollywood’s most romantic moments. Their heartfelt vows, custom outfits, and unique touches like the mini hot dogs served on silver platters, all make for a delightful story straight out of a fairy tale. The fact that they included their own twist on a classic tune like “Jersey Girl” adds a charming touch that speaks to their roots.

Chart-topping artist Charlie Puth is no longer competing for anyone’s “Attention” – he recently got married to his girlfriend Brooke Sansone at his family residence in Montecito, California, earlier this month.

In an interview with Vogue, who holds the exclusive rights to their wedding photos, Sansone shared, “Up there, I’ve never felt more in sync with Charlie.” He continued, “In that moment, it seemed as though time stood still. Unknowingly, we had each incorporated the same phrase into our vows: ‘You have always been my one.’

In the year 2022, Puth, aged 32, and Sansone, aged 25, began their romantic relationship. Exactly a year later, on September 5, 2023, they got engaged. Their wedding is scheduled for September 7, which will be just one day after the anniversary of their engagement.

The wedding ceremony was held at the Puth family residence in Montecito, right before a notable olive tree in the driveway. Sansone made his way down the aisle to the tune of “I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing” by Aerosmith, sung by the Sunday Service Choir. Dressed in a custom Danielle Frankel gown, she had chosen this dress after trying on around thirty different ones.

A representative for Puth declined to comment further when contacted by The Times.

Sansone shared with Vogue that her wedding would showcase a mix of elegant and whimsical styles, complete with mini hot dogs served on silver trays, a carrot-cake wedding cake, and sunflower-based floral decorations. The servers wore aprons adorned with embroidered calla lilies, similar to those found in Sansone’s bouquet, which were also visible peeking out of their pockets.

Puth donned a bespoke Bode shirt, which bore the wedding date, their special saying “Us, forever”, and a nickname given to him by Sansone, ‘Melon’.

The newlywed couple danced for the first time to a live version of Puth’s rendition of “Jersey Girl,” a song originally by Bruce Springsteen, which served as a nostalgic reminder of their childhood days growing up in New Jersey.

Although the artist famed for “See You Again” may not pen heartbreaking divorce ballads anytime soon, some of his poetic words and parts of his wedding vows were featured in a touching Instagram video from their recent nuptials – with the bride already adopting her new surname online.

In my own words, I’d express it like this: “I owe you gratitude beyond measure for turning me into the happiest person on earth. You’ve held that place in my heart all along.
