Charli XCX previewed her latest release on Thursday – and it has nothing to do with music.

Certainly, followers of the bold vocalist must be patient for another BRAT summer as Charli momentarily postpones her upcoming album to focus on launching her exclusive line of Converse footwear instead.

The 32-year-old vocalist, who tied the knot with The 1975’s drummer George Daniel at Hackney Town Hall on July 19, is displaying her newest endeavor in a fresh advertising campaign.

Inspired by the timeless design of Converse’s Chuck Taylor line, Charli’s high-top sneaker features worn-out canvas accents, unique details inspired by her popular BRAT album, and is scheduled for release on August 5.

The artist playfully assumed several flirtatious stances across both indoor and outdoor backdrops, intentionally showcasing the adaptability of Converse footwear.

In one photo, she is seen wearing a transparent one-piece that exposes her white undergarments and matches it with see-through footwear.

charlie recently launched their initial campaign as a newlywed, having tied the knot earlier this month with just 20 dear friends and relatives present, among them the groom’s bandmates adam hann and ross macdonald.

On TikTok, Charli flaunted her Vivienne Westwood wedding gown, showcasing its elegant length. She accessorized it with sunglasses, confidently sauntered in, turned around, and then walked away.

She playfully said, “George doesn’t cry when he sees me walk down the aisle,” but she wanted to assure her followers that luckily, the drummer didn’t do so.

This popular songwriter additionally gave a peek at their extravagant post-wedding bash, where the newlywed switched to another white gown, this time from Nova Cora, priced at a chilly £3,300, as she reveled in her marital bliss with friends.

George, in a playful mood, demonstrated his wife’s veil, smoking a cigarette, and flaunting his well-toned body under an open silk shirt.

The group celebrated and danced all night long to Charli’s tunes, titling the video: ‘Exuberance of the bridal party!’

On her special occasion, Charli embodied elegance in a stylish white minidress featuring a deep V-neck design and flowing draping details. She paired it with a classic bridal veil.

Stepping into a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes, the vocalist left her long, black tresses free and held a cluster of white blossoms in her hands.

Simultaneously, George donned a dark, two-piece suit featuring an open collar shirt with a light hue and a floral accessory in harmony with his spouse’s bouquet, which he pinned to the lapel.

The newlyweds posed for sweet snaps with the songstress’ proud parents Jon and Shameera Aitchison.

According to a source, Charli’s wedding reception embodied a unique style known as ‘Brat’. To maintain a casual and cool atmosphere, she and George opted against using cars. Instead, they strolled along Hackney High Street to reach their venue, Dalla.
