Charli XCX carries on the party as she arrives at the Chateau Marmont while carrying a margarita after the Wuthering Heights world premiere

Even after the “Wuthering Heights” premiere finished, Charli XCX kept the night going with a visit to the Chateau Marmont hotel on Wednesday.

The singer, 33, swapped her flashy gold dress for a revealing black one, and was already enjoying a margarita when she arrived, not even bothering to wait until she got to the bar.

Charli, age 33, composed the music for the new film version of Emily Brontë’s famous novel. Now, she’s joining stars Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi as they promote the movie.

Living up to her rebellious image, the celebrity showed up with a drink in hand and sunglasses that completed her black outfit.

This outfit looked completely different from the stunning gold dress Charli wore earlier that night at the premiere of Emerald Fennell’s Wuthering Heights movie.

Let me tell you, at the album premiere in LA at the TCL Chinese Theatre, Charli really turned heads! She looked absolutely stunning, and made sure to showcase her best features in a gorgeous gown. She wasn’t alone either – she was joined by her incredibly talented co-writer and collaborator, Finn Keane, which made the night even more special.

The structured bodice lifted and emphasized her chest while cinching her small waist. This contrast was accentuated by the fullness of the large, puffy skirt.

Known for her rebellious style, she skipped the usual polished red carpet look, opting instead for minimal makeup and deliberately messy hair.

Oh my god, her dress! It was absolutely breathtaking. Layers and layers of the most beautiful tulle, like a cloud, but then underneath, it had this incredible, sculpted gold base. And the skirt? Huge! It was this massive, gorgeous puffball that just took my breath away. Seriously, a work of art!

Although she traded her usual revealing outfits – the ones that defined her ‘Brat’ style – she still kept a rebellious edge with black, 90s-style sunglasses in a recent social media post before the event.

Charli has joined Margot, 35, and Jacob, 28 – the stars playing Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff, respectively – in promoting their new project. On Wednesday, she publicly praised Margot.

The song “House,” released in November and featuring a collaboration with a member of the Velvet Underground, received widespread acclaim.

As someone who really follows creative processes, I’ve always been fascinated by how artists evolve. Charli XCX recently shared something that really resonated with me. She explained that after pouring so much of herself into her last album – really digging deep emotionally – she was craving a total change of pace. She was thrilled to dive into something completely fresh and different, a real departure from what she’d done before.

Wuthering Heights evokes a lot of powerful images for me. I picture intense emotions, the landscape of England, and specifically the wild, bleak moors – the cold, muddy ground, and a sense of resilience and strength.

Margot and Jacob, openly affectionate and clearly very into each other, caused a stir when they held hands at the glamorous event.

Despite a clear connection between the two stars, both are currently in committed relationships. Margot has been married to film producer Tom Ackerley, 35, since 2016, and they share a one-year-old son.

Margot and Tom started a production company together called LuckyChap Entertainment, and they produced the film Wuthering Heights. At the premiere on Wednesday, Margot’s husband looked sharp in a classic black tuxedo as he supported her.

Since 2021, Jacob has been dating Olivia Jade Giannulli, 26, who bears a resemblance to actress Lori Loughlin from Full House. However, unlike Tom, Olivia Jade wasn’t at the movie premiere.

At the movie premiere, she wore a famous diamond necklace once owned by Elizabeth Taylor – the Taj Mahal necklace, which is said to be worth around $8 million.

Elizabeth received the necklace as a 40th birthday gift from her husband, Richard Burton, 54 years ago. It’s one of the most famous pieces in the legendary jewelry collection of the late Hollywood star.

Margot recently sparked conversation when she gave Jacob Elordi a unique gift: matching signet rings. Both rings showcase a romantic design of two embracing skeletons and the quote, ‘Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.’

Both items also feature the initials “C.H.” – representing Cathy and Heathcliff, the tragic couple portrayed by the film’s stars.

The artwork also includes the inscription ‘1847-2026’, which connects the year Brontë’s famous novel was first published to the release date of the new movie adaptation.
