Charli XCX and her husband George Daniel are ‘marrying again in Italy with no expenses spared rave cave’

According to reports, Charli XCX and her husband George Daniel are planning to remarry in Italy at an extravagant, dance-themed wedding.

The 33-year-old DJ tied the knot to The 1975 drummer, 35, in an official ceremony back in August.

Instead, they are reportedly throwing an extraordinary party to celebrate their wedding, with only their closest friends and family present.

According to a source, Charli and George are pulling out all the stops for their second wedding, and it promises to be quite a lively event.

‘They’re getting wed in an intimate resort and will have a massive party afterwards.’

It is said that Charli and George are preparing custom cocktails for today, and it seems like there won’t be any time restriction at their gathering, which they’ve named the “Rave Cave.

The party is said to be going until the ‘last person standing collapses into bed.’

It is anticipated that George’s bandmates from The 1975 will be present, but lead singer Matty Healy might find it difficult since he is currently based in Los Angeles.

Daily Mail has reached out to Charli’s representative for comment.

This year, Charli and her drumming spouse exchanged marriage promises at a small ceremony attended by approximately 20 loved ones such as the bridegroom’s bandmates Adam Hann and Ross MacDonald.

On TikTok, Charli showcased her leg-baring Vivienne Westwood wedding gown, paired with sunglasses, as she confidently walked onto the screen, then turned around and left.

In her joke, she said: “George usually cries when he sees me walk down the aisle,” but rest assured, as stated in the caption, the drummer was luckily not among those who wept.

The successful music artist likewise posted a peek at the exuberant afterparty of the couple, where she switched into another white gown, this time worth approximately £3,300 from Nova Cora, to celebrate their new marital status along with friends.

George, in a playful mood, demonstrated his new wife’s veil while casually smoking a cigarette. At the same time, he displayed his well-toned body beneath an open silk shirt.

The group celebrated into the night, dancing along to Charlie’s tunes, with a caption on the video saying ‘Energetic Bridal Party!’

On her special day, Charli embodied elegance in a fitted, white minidress featuring a deep boat neckline and cascading details. She paired it with a traditional bridal veil.

Donning Jimmy Choo pumps, the singer let down her lengthy black tresses and cradled a bouquet of white blossoms.

Or in a more conversational style: The singer stepped into some stylish Jimmy Choo heels, left her long, dark hair flowing freely, and held a bunch of beautiful white flowers.

Concurrently, George donned a dark double-breasted suit paired with an open collar shirt featuring a bloom, the same as his wife’s bouquet, adorning the buttonhole.

The newlyweds posed for sweet snaps with the songstress’ proud parents Jon and Shameera Aitchison.

After their wedding, it is said that the couple ventured to an Italian eatery named Dalla, where they enjoyed a meal outdoors and savored Aperol Spritzes, before moving on to their evening celebration at Ellie’s bar located in Dalston.

According to a source, Charli’s wedding reception was all about embracing her unique style, often referred to as ‘Brat.’ To maintain a casual and trendy vibe, she and George decided against using cars and instead strolled down Hackney High Street on their way to Dalla for the celebration.

They found the restaurant closed, but instead enjoyed a large, family-style feast filled with an abundance of pasta and champagne.

Onlookers passing by were taken aback as they witnessed Charli and George sharing a playful pre-meal cigarette break outside.
