Channing Tatum looks downcast as he smokes a cigarette following shock split from ex-fiancée Zoe Kravitz
As a long-time admirer of Channing Tatum‘s work and his captivating charm, I can’t help but feel a pang of empathy for him as I observe his recent solitary stroll through New York City. The man has always been open about his life experiences, and it’s clear that the city’s vibrant energy serves as a backdrop to the complex tapestry of emotions he weaves with every role he takes on.
On a peaceful Saturday, Channing Tatum appeared thoughtful while enjoying solitude in New York City, after his separation from Zoe Kravitz.
44-year-old actor strolled around New York City, sporting a casual ensemble that included a pair of baggy, low-slung black trousers held up with a black belt, as well as a simple white t-shirt.
In a black windbreaker slung casually over one arm, the actor from Magic Mike strutted out wearing Burberry checkered Chuck Taylor sneakers.
He wore dark framed sunglasses, and displayed the beginning of a beard and mustache on his face.
The Blink Twice villain carried a cigarette and wore white earphones while checking his phone during his stroll, seeming to keep to himself in The City That Never Sleeps.
Tatum has been in New York City shooting his latest project, Roofman.
He stars in the crime caper as Jeffrey Manchester, a former Army Ranger who makes money by stealing from McDonalds restaurants.
In this movie based on real events, the burglar carries out his heists through a rooftop entrance, which has led to him being known as such-and-such.
In the upcoming production, Kirsten Dunst will share screen time with another actor, portraying a devoted mom who finds herself smitten with a man who has hidden ties to crime, oblivious to his shady history.
Peter Dinklage joined the cast a few weeks ago. Other big name cast members include Juno Temple, LaKeith Stanfield and Ben Mendelsohn.
Tatum has been sharing photos from the set with his fans on social media.
A recent set of snaps shows the prison Manchester escaped from before taking up residence in Toys R Us store.
21 Jump Street actor expressed his gratitude for his life recently, stating, “Today on set in a prison. It’s really making me incredibly thankful for my own life.

Roofman was scheduled for release October 3, 2025 in the US.
Despite our recent parting ways, I am glad to share that Zoe Kravitz, aged 35, and I, Tatum, continue to maintain a dialogue between us.
‘There was no dramatic falling out between Channing and Zoë,’ a source told Page Six.
‘They really just grew apart and decided it was best for them to go their separate ways.’
