Over the past five years, I’ve been privileged to witness a beautiful love story unfold. On October 19, right there on Matt’s family estate in Kingaroy, Queensland, the time had finally come for this extraordinary couple to seal their bond by saying “I do”. It was an unforgettable moment that I felt incredibly honored to be a part of!

Photos of the ceremony showed stunning Seven star Alissa in an elegant white gown, locking lips with the dapper groom on the driveway to the ‘DaisyBank’ property.

On a Tuesday back in 2019, Matt shared openly about his emotions upon encountering Alissa for the very first time at Fox Sports studio.

The 40-year-old former NRL hooker expressed to the Courier Mail that when he saw her, it struck him as if she was the most stunningly attractive woman living today.

On that particular day, Matt was at the studio to provide expertise for the TV program NRL Tonight, whereas Alissa served as a network reporter.

At the glittering event, Matt was joined by several teammates from his rugby days, such as Des Hasler (coach of the Titans), Paul Stephenson, Glenn Hall, Steve Menzies, Mark Bryant, and Jake Trbojevic.

In a stylish, custom-made designer tuxedo, the athlete from Queensland, looking handsome, wed his beautiful partner in an elegant outdoor wedding ceremony.

As I gazed at myself, I felt nothing short of luminous, clad in a classic white wedding dress sourced from a chic bridal salon nestled in the heart of Sydney.

In beautiful outdoor photos, the couple gleamed affection and happiness as they marked their joyous occasion with friends and family, reveling in their special day.

As a lifestyle aficionado, I found myself utterly captivated by the heartwarming nuptials I recently attended. There were just too many unforgettable instances to choose my absolute favorite!

Amidst our cherished family and friends, there was the celebration. Catching a glimpse of Matt, standing strikingly dashing in his tuxedo, at the altar’s end,” she expressed.

This year, the newlyweds came back to America for a romantic honeymoon, marking their first vacation together as man and wife. They were eager to celebrate their union.

Matt had his two adult sons, Murphy and Fletcher, as his groomsmen.

In the past, he was wedded to a woman called Shannan and together they had three offspring – two boys and a girl named Mackenzie.
