I was stalking their socials (don’t judge!) and I saw they’re looking for people to be on next year’s cast! I’m seriously losing it – I need more of this show in my life!

I’ve been following Jan Herdman for a while now, and it’s easy to see why she’s become so popular! At 66, she’s just incredibly inspiring – always positive, really engaging, and totally committed to staying fit. She just has this energy that draws people in, and I’m a big fan!
As a lifestyle expert, I saw it happen – the lovely trainer was unfortunately let go from the show. It seems the connection just wasn’t there with Barry ‘Bear’ Myrden, and when that happens, the show has to move forward. It’s always tough when a genuine person doesn’t find their match, but that’s reality TV for you!
