Just announced, Channel 4 has made available all four episodes of The Devil’s Leap on its streaming platform, perfect for binge-watching over the weekend!
In the description, a fast-paced French crime thriller is highlighted. This story revolves around a mountain guide and his teenage daughter as they embark on a trek through the secluded French Alps.
After his daughter observes a criminal act, things take a grim turn, and given his past as a special forces member, Paul finds himself compelled to safeguard his daughter from these wrongdoers relentlessly.
Paul, the mountaineer guide, embarks on a journey with his rebellious teenage daughter, Sara. Their expedition turns dangerous when Sara accidentally sees a murder, and now they must outwit the murderers pursuing them.
Initially aired in 2021 under the guidance of director Abel Ferry, the entire 4-episode series of the suspenseful French survival drama is now accessible for free, complete with advertisements, through Channel 4’s streaming platform.
In this production, Philippe Bas takes on the role of Paul, whereas Maïra Schmitt portrays their daughter Sara. Alongside them, you’ll find Armelle Deutsch, Laurent Maurel, Yann Pradal, and Olivier Sa as part of the cast.
The current user rating for this series on IMDb stands at 5.3 out of 10. Opinions among viewers vary; some commend Bas’s acting, while others find the show predictable.
