Celeste Barber and ‘hot husband’ Api Robin to carve up $8million property portfolio following ‘incredibly challenging’ split

Celeste Barber and Api Robin are dividing their impressive collection of beachside homes after deciding to separate.

Robin recently confirmed his split by updating his Instagram bio to read ‘Formerly Hot Husband’.

They recently finished building a luxurious apartment overlooking the ocean in Coolangatta, and it’s currently estimated to be worth around $6 million.

They also own a penthouse in nearby Tweed Heads which was purchased in 2019 for $1.175million.

Proptrack estimates the value of the beautiful three-bedroom home, which offers sweeping ocean views, at $2.05 million.

Just a few months before announcing their separation, Barber, 43, and Robin, 52, apparently finalized the financial arrangements for the Rockpool development project in Coolangatta.

This stunning 13-story apartment building, designed by an architect, is located overlooking Rainbow Bay on the Queensland border and is valued at $100 million. It contains 21 luxurious apartments.

Barber and Robin purchased the property for $3.8 million before it was built. Real estate experts now value the ocean-view apartment at around $6 million.

A recent sale in the building on the same floor as the former couple went for $4.65million.

Rockpool properties have seen a significant increase in value, with resale prices doubling since construction started in 2023, according to real estate sources who spoke with the Courier Mail.

According to the report, Barber and Robin haven’t said whether they intend to sell their Rockpool apartment.

The luxury apartments available range from three to five bedrooms, and each floor contains only two units, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

In April 2025, the comedian and her former partner sold their house in Long Jetty, on the Central Coast of New South Wales, for $1.045 million.

Robin shared his emotional message about the couple’s decision to break up in February.

He started a post titled ‘Heavy hearts’ by saying the last few months have been very difficult and sad for him and his partner.

‘After much reflection, the decision has been made to separate.

We still care for each other and have a lot of respect, but we’ve realized we’re at different points in our lives and want different things in the future.

Our children’s well-being is our main concern right now. We appreciate your respect for our privacy as we work through this difficult time.

The couple have lived in their Tweed Heads pad on the NSW/Queensland border for the last six years.

Barber became well-known for her funny videos impersonating celebrities and creating comedy sketches. Before this, she often mentioned Robin online, playfully calling him her ‘hot husband’ and a ‘Māori Adonis’.
