Kate Garraway started looking into whether she has ADHD after finishing filming the show The Celebrity Traitors.
Good Morning Britain host, 58, recently thought she might have a neurodevelopmental condition after a conversation with her co-star, Cat Burns, 25.
The singer publicly shared that she has ADHD and is on the autism spectrum. She was diagnosed with ADHD in 2021 and autism in 2023.
Kate recently shared that ADHD and autism are present in her family history, and she is now undergoing evaluation to determine if she also has ADHD.
She told The Sun On Sunday that she enjoys connecting with artists like Cat, discussing both their music and personal experiences. She mentioned Cat is autistic and has ADHD, conditions that also affect members of her own family.
You know, I’ve been on a bit of a personal journey lately, and I’m actually going through the process of getting an ADHD diagnosis. Honestly, it’s becoming pretty clear to me that it’s something I’ve had for a while now.

She added: ‘So it’s fascinating to see how it manifested for her.’
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, is marked by difficulties with paying attention, being overly active, and acting impulsively.
Kate also thought about her late husband, Derek Draper, and believed he would have really enjoyed watching her try to identify the ‘Traitors’ on the reality show.
The star was banished from the hit BBC show this week by her fellow faithfuls.
When she left, she said a touching goodbye, mentioning how much her husband’s death from long Covid had affected her.
After many years of being serious and sad, I’ve been able to relax, be playful, and have fun, and I thank all of you for making that possible.
Kate revealed she initially didn’t want to help carry a coffin on Celebrity Traitors because it brought back painful memories of her late husband, Derek.
The host’s husband, Derek, sadly died in January 2024 after a four-year struggle with the long-term effects of Covid-19.

The actress confessed she was shocked when she first saw the coffins during the second part of the film, initially reacting with surprise and a sharp intake of breath.
Although Alan Carr playfully criticized Kate’s gameplay on TV, behind the scenes Kate revealed she relied on both him and Celia Imrie for encouragement and help.
She explained to The Sun that she was so surprised she nearly stopped in her tracks when she saw the coffins. She said she actually gasped and did a double-take while walking with Alan, following Celia.
Kate shared that she had a good conversation with the production team, and they regularly checked in on her well-being. The on-site psychologist also made sure she was doing okay.
She continued, saying she felt caught off guard and admitted, “I’m not sure… it feels a little odd and strange.”
Kate shared that she and Celia, 73, had deep talks about Kate’s experience raising her two children without their father.
She shared that Derek gave her incredibly insightful advice, which she’s been striving to follow. She also revealed she’s been more upset about his loss since filming The Traitors than she was immediately after he passed away.
