Christmas is over, and now celebrities and social media influencers are sharing pictures of their festive meals with their followers.
Some celebrities celebrated the holidays with lavish and glamorous parties, while others preferred more casual and down-to-earth family get-togethers.
Some celebrities, like the Kardashians and Jenners, had much quieter celebrations this year. They decided to skip their typically extravagant party in 2025.
The Kardashians threw a lavish Christmas party, and while not everyone in Hollywood might approve, it’s sure to spark mixed reactions from fans – some will be envious, and others will consider it over the top.
Several celebrities didn’t quite succeed with their looks, like Jennifer Lopez, whose beautiful table arrangement was unfortunately ruined by a noticeable editing mistake in a photo.
With many people still feeling stuffed from the holidays, the Daily Mail is now ranking celebrity Christmas dinners, highlighting the best and worst meals.

The Kardashian–Jenners
Kim Kardashian, her mom Kris Jenner, and her sisters and brothers shared photos and videos of their lavish Christmas dinner on social media.
Atiana De La Hoya, who Travis Barker helped raise as his own child, shared a peek at the family’s Christmas decorations on Instagram. She also showed that they were offering classic cocktails, and she appeared to be enjoying a cosmopolitan or Manhattan.
The Kardashians continued their tradition of elaborate gingerbread houses this year, and fans noticed a subtle nod to Kylie Jenner’s romance with Timothée Chalamet within the display.
Despite all the lavish decorations, the party felt impersonal and staged. It seemed like the family had simply hired people to handle everything, rather than creating a warm, homemade celebration themselves.
The design also included the dining table, which was decorated with a striking arrangement of green pine needles running along its entire length. Unusual green candles were scattered amongst the greenery, adding to the unique look.
Khloé Kardashian posted videos of her baking with her daughter, True, and shared sweet photos of the snacks her kids left for Santa. However, the overall feeling of the Kardashians’ dinner came across as showy and impersonal, instead of cozy and inviting.

Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lopez put together a more approachable — but still opulent — Christmas dinner setup.
While the Kardashians’ event was decorated in mostly drab beige, with only dark green pine trees for contrast, Jennifer chose a rich, deep red color scheme.
Her table was decorated with tall blood-red candles, stacks of grapes and golden bowls.
The plates, decorated with colorful patterns and tied with pink ribbons, were piled high, almost making the display feel too much.
The calming gray-green walls balanced out the bold reds and pinks, and the garland on the fireplace created a cheerful, festive atmosphere.
Jennifer seemed relaxed and friendly, enjoying a drink that appeared to be eggnog while seated at her table.
Her festive Christmas dinner spread was overshadowed when she shared a selfie that viewers quickly noticed had been heavily edited, revealing a distorted reflection in her phone’s screen.

Nina Dobrev
Many celebrities had elaborate Christmas dinners, but some preferred smaller, more personal celebrations focused on family traditions.
One star who opted for a low-key family Christmas dinner was Nina Dobrev.
She shared photos of herself beaming at home with family, suggesting a truly warm gathering.
The dinner wasn’t fancy, but it had really well-prepared classic dishes – the turkey was cooked perfectly, and the potatoes and green beans were great too.
Nina’s family was having a special dinner, but it was still relaxed and comfortable. Most of the guests dressed casually, with some even wearing pajamas.

Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga
Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, had a successful Christmas dinner because they prioritized what mattered most: spending time with family.
Fans were surprised earlier this year at BravoCon to learn that the two had resolved a long-standing family conflict and rekindled their friendship. Recent holiday photos confirmed they were still close.
Although Melissa didn’t share photos of her dining table, she did show off a lovely bar area designed for family to gather, chat, and enjoy drinks.
She baked treats for the event, and it also served as a way to promote her Let’s Sprinkle brand.
Although her boasting nearly ruined the dinner, the fact that she connected with her longtime rival, Teresa, while sharing cookies made it okay.

Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey
Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey’s Christmas dinner didn’t quite live up to expectations, looking a bit messy and disappointing.
Olivia didn’t make things any better when she posted a hilariously blurry photo of the family get-together on Instagram.
She and other family members were all wearing pajamas, making it clear they weren’t aiming for a fancy Christmas dinner.
Chrishell Stause
Chrishell Stause, previously a cast member on Selling Sunset, hosted a warm and inviting Christmas dinner with her loved ones after leaving the show following season nine.
She and her guests dressed comfortably, but the dinner table still looked lovely and refined without being too extravagant.

Cardi B
One of the more underwhelming Christmas dinner displays came from Cardi B.
The main reason for this was that the rapper chose to eat out with her children instead of preparing a family meal at home.
Eating out on Christmas is fine if you can find an open restaurant, but someone like Cardi B, with her resources, could easily host her own dinner instead.
