Celebrity Big Brother star Dapper Laughs reveals how much fun-filled day out at Winter Wonderland costs

As an avid fan of Daniel O’Reilly, also known as Dapper Laughs, I must say his latest adventure at Winter Wonderland has left me both entertained and appalled. The man knows how to keep things interesting! His ability to document every penny spent on overpriced funfair rides, festive food, and costly drinks is nothing short of impressive. And let’s not forget the jaw-dropping moment when he spent a whopping £32 on four crepes – talk about a sugar rush!

The cost of a family day out at Winter Wonderland has been revealed – and it’s not for the faint-hearted. 

Taking to TikTok Big Brother star Daniel O’Reilly – who goes by Dapper Laughs – documented his time at the capital’s most famous Christmas market before sharing the ‘gobsmacking’ sum of money he spent there.

The dad-of-three visited the attraction with daughters Neve, Roux, Sage and his wife Shelley.

Mr. O’Reilly shared with his vast audience the true expenses for a family’s one-day trip to London’s Winter Wonderland, stating: “This is the actual cost of a family excursion to London’s Winter Wonderland!

“Since this video has been watched by 3 million people, I figured it would be helpful to post it here for all of you. Perhaps it will help you save a significant amount of money!

In a collection of comedy videos, the entertainer explains his budget to the audience, revealing that he spent excessively on amusement park attractions, holiday meals, and expensive beverages.

Today, he mentioned that they are heading out for an exciting day trip to London’s Winter Wonderland. Since he learned that it could be pricey, he decided to keep track of every penny spent on the outing.

“If you’re curious about the actual cost of enjoying a family day out in London, stick around till the end. I promise, you’ll be left in a state of astonishment.

In a particular scene from the video, Mr. O’Reilly’s kids venture into the amusement area, and he humorously remarks, “That will cost £15! They call it a funhouse? You could have bought a house with that money.

He also appeared visibly shocked at the price of four crepes which set him back a staggering £32.

wrapping up the video, he stated towards the end: ‘Alright, let’s add it all up now.  We have approximately £425, but when you factor in parking fees of £25, family train tickets amounting to £125 and the £200 Shelley spent, we arrive at a grand total of £775.’

It seems like you’re looking at around 800 pounds, which is plenty enough for a luxurious family vacation in Benidorm. I take it the day out was enjoyable then, right? Absolutely, it was!

The kids collected priceless memories, and as a family, we truly had a great time together. Was the cost worthwhile? Was it just fantastic, or was it a squandered investment? Honestly, this country can be quite tough.)

In 2018, Mr. O’Reilly made an appearance on Celebrity Big Brother. After receiving a marriage proposal during a live broadcast, he left the show as its third contestant and subsequently got engaged to his partner.

In his conversation with Emma Willis during their exit interview, Dapper Laughs addressed his girlfriend and expressed, “While I was in the house, each day I found myself wishing I had asked you this sooner. So, would you consider marrying me?

He mentioned: “I apologize for the ring, Ginuwine created it as a gift for me. I plan to exchange it for a more valuable item later,” and proposed: “I will confirm with your father about this later, is that alright?” (In simpler terms, he said he was sorry for the ring, Ginuwine made it for him as a present, and he plans to trade it in for something better. He also said he would check with the person’s father if that was okay.)

The pair later tied the knot in July 2022.
