In the previous year, Sharon Osbourne pocketed an impressive £800,000 in a brief span of eight days by serving as a ‘celebrity housemate’. Her friend, Louis Walsh, also received £500,000 for the same engagement.

This year, Mickey Rourke, a prominent figure in Hollywood, tops the list of housemates by earning an impressive £480,000 more than the least remunerated star.

As the eagerly awaited series is nearly here, let’s delve into the rumored salaries of all the housemates…

Mickey Rourke

A well-known fact has come to light through TopMob – it turns out that the iconic ’80s action star, now 72 years old, is earning a substantial six-figure salary.

Contrarily to earlier reports suggesting a million-pound earnings, Mickey will actually receive £500,000 as his compensation for his time inside the house.

According to a source, The Sun reported that Mickey is seen as an unstable individual, and producers are willing to spend a significant amount of money on him due to his erratic behavior. His actions can be unpredictable, and they anticipate that many viewers will tune in to watch if he falters under stress.

Jojo Siwa

In simple terms, as reported by a publication, Mickey’s fellow American, Jojo, is the second-highest earner in the series, and it seems that Jojo earns approximately £400,000.

Jojo has undeniably secured a significant spot among this year’s top signings, with her rise to stardom beginning on “Dance Mums” in 2015. Since then, she has appeared in multiple TV series and achieved success in her music career.

According to a source, JoJo’s team might demand a substantial fee for appearing on CBB, as television jobs in the U.S. often pay significantly more than those in the UK.

The source mentioned that the star could potentially make a six-figure income without having to leave the country. Therefore, giving up her life for an entire month must be financially justifiable and valuable.

Trisha Goddard

Reportedly, it’s said that former talk show host Trisha has become the highest-earning British celebrity from the 2025 series, taking home an impressive £200,000.

Despite battling stage four, incurable breast cancer, courageous Trisha decided to join Celebrity Big Brother, expressing her desire to continue enjoying the things she’s always loved by saying: “I need to keep on savoring what I’ve always savored.

It is thought that the journalist will ‘do really well’ and ‘go far’ in the show. 

Daley Thompson

The two-time Olympic gold medalist, renowned as one of Britain’s top athletes, would undoubtedly create quite a buzz among the younger celebrity residents.

It’s not really surprising that he earned a £150,000 fee for his appearance on the show, given his high-profile standing, which carries an inherent value or cost.

Michael Fabricant 

It’s believed that a previous member of the Conservative party has agreed to a substantial contract, worth six figures, to participate in this show, as political figures are forbidden from appearing on the broadcaster’s other reality program, “I’m A Celebrity.

The Sun reports that Michael has agreed to a £120,000 fee.

His salary pales in comparison to ex-politicians Matt Hancock and Nigel Farage, who earned approximately £320,000 and £1.5 million respectively.

Patsy Palmer 

The EastEnders legend is known for playing feisty Bianca Jackson on and off in teh soap since 1993.

However, now that she has vacated her role, it’s yet uncertain if she retains any resemblance to her passionate alternate persona at home.

It’s mentioned that Patsy was proposed an estimated £100,000 as payment for appearing on the show, which is known as the standard fee for a well-established character in a long-running soap opera.

Jack P Shepherd

Like his fellow soap stalwart Patsy, Coronation Street star Jack will also bag a £100,000 fee.

After spending an impressive 25 years portraying the character of David Platt, he has accumulated more accolades than his co-star on Coronation Street, Colson Smith, who received a £70,000 paycheck last year.

Angellica Bell

Angelica, a seasoned TV personality with more than two decades spent in front of cameras, should find her time in the Big Brother house relatively manageable.

Following an extraordinary journey from poverty to wealth, it’s said that she will further increase her wealth with an estimated £80,000 payment.

According to a source speaking to The Sun, although Angellica has been in the industry for quite some time, she typically doesn’t command fees in the six figures because she hasn’t generated the kind of controversy or scandals that tend to boost earnings to those levels.

Chris Hughes

Following his popularity surge on Love Island in 2017, Chris transitioned into a role as a sports broadcaster and frequently provides horse racing commentary for ITV.

And a stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house will no doubt give his career a further boost.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I must share some exciting news: This notable figure is poised for a substantial financial uptick. It appears that an impressive sum of approximately £45,000 will soon find its way into his account, according to recent reports.

Danny Beard

The RuPaul’s Drag Race UK winner – whose real name is Daniel Curtis – signed up as a late entry.

Donna Preston 

Although Donna has appeared in multiple TV series and films, she gained significant recognition for her work as the host of Apocalypse and portraying the circus ringmaster in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018).

Apart from the main program, she’s frequently seen on the spin-off show Late & Live, and she enjoys significant popularity among viewers of ITV2.

With that being said, Donna will reportedly earn the same as Danny, taking home £30,000. 

Chesney Hawkes

It is said that Mickey will be joining Chris Hughes from Love Island, Daley Thompson the Olympian, Jack P Shepherd known for Coronation Street, Sir Michael Fabricant the politician, and Danny Beard, the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, along with a few others, on Big Brother.

He confessed to The Standard in 2012 that for approximately 15 to 16 years, he wasn’t just a tad misbehaved; rather, he was absolutely terrible. He admitted to being out of hand and out of his senses during that period.
