Celebrate the return of Hextech Chests with these LoL custom skins
Hextech Chest Mordekaiser might be better than the Exalted Sahn-Uzal skin.
Hey there, fellow enthusiast! Guess what? Riot Games is reintroducing Hextech Chests in League of Legends! To make this comeback even more exhilarating, why not experience it firsthand by incorporating the very Chests into your LoL matches with unique custom skins? Take a peek at our top selections of Hextech Chest-themed League of Legends custom skins. Enjoy the game!
Here’s a detailed guide on how to start using custom skins in LoL.
Hextech Chest custom LoL skins
Here’s our pick of the top five best Hextech Chest custom skins.
Gragas
This Hextech Gragas custom skin created by user konradosj has a straightforward design. Instead of his original figure, it transforms Gragas into a Hextech Chest model, and his barrels are now depictions of Gragas himself in the T-pose stance.
I’ve noticed something odd with the latest update – it appears my in-game character, supposed to be a sleek Hextech Chest, is now more akin to a blocky Gragas. Seems the textures on my skin got a bit mixed up during the patch.
Malphite
The Hextech Chest created by user Snorr resembles a chest with the limbs of Malphite and a head shaped like a chest, taking on the appearance of Malphite himself.
With this custom skin, Malphite’s hitbox remains very similar to the original one, reducing the likelihood of unexpected maneuvers during attempts to dodge skill shots.
Mordekaiser
The level of craftsmanship and dedication behind the Mordekaiser Hextech Chest skin is astonishing. Not only does the design exude creativity and coolness (as much as a character draped in Hextech Chests can be), but it also boasts an exclusive custom voiceover with more than ten minutes of unique voice lines tailored exclusively for this skin.
Over the character model of Mordekaiser, several changes have been made. Here is a glimpse of how the realm of death appears:
This way, the text remains easy to understand while still conveying the intended meaning.
His skills and minor details, such as passive effects, have been carefully crafted to ensure a harmonious feel for this unique character skin. It’s remarkable how much care and attention Snorr has shown in creating this skin. Frankly, if you choose this over Sahn-Uzal Mordekaiser, I can’t fault you – it’s likely the best skin on this list.
Teemo
Teemo, League’s furry demon friend, also got a Hextech Chest-themed skin, courtesy of Snorr.
Additionally, the skin is quite straightforward. Besides Teemo, the character undergoing the most transformation is his mushrooms. Now, they’ve been redesigned as Hextech Chests, so keep a lookout!
Gangplank
As a seasoned gamer, I’ve got some exciting news! Instead of firing barrels, ol’ Gangplank is going to blast open Hextech Chests now. So, are these new combos going to be a piece of cake or a bit trickier? It’s time to dive into the game and find out!
