Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas’ son Dylan hits back after being falsely accused of being ‘scumbag’ who caused chaos at Beyonce concert

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones‘s son found himself needing to clear his name, following an incorrect identification on TikTok that linked him to a man accused of mistreating several women at an American Beyoncé concert.

Dylan Michael Douglas, currently taking a break in Mumbles, Wales (his mother Catherine’s birthplace), recently posted on social media about experiencing a fake identity and a wave of harmful online comments.

A picture of a man who looks like Dylan, wearing a cowboy hat, is going viral on TikTok following allegations that he splashed water on a group of African-American women at a Beyoncé show in Atlanta, Georgia.

But 24-year-old Dylan, insisted that the man in the photo, is not him.

He apologized for having to address this issue, but he finds himself in an uncomfortable position. The video on TikTok showing someone spilling a drink at the Cowboy Carter concert in Atlanta, Georgia, is not him.

I’ve never attended a Beyoncé live performance, but I’d really enjoy it someday. I haven’t visited Atlanta within the past five years. Currently, I find myself in the rainy city of Mumbles, Wales, enduring the cold weather.

Dylan, an emerging actor, proceeded to record himself walking into a quintessential British tavern, as the sounds of a Karaoke session filled the atmosphere in the background.

He mentioned, ‘I’m currently at a bar with my grandmother, enjoying some karaoke. It’s not as great as Beyoncé, but the evening seems eventful. I hope you find the person you’re looking for; the situation appears dreadful, yet it wasn’t me. I’ve been receiving numerous intimidating messages, comments, and other alarming occurrences, and I just wish it all subsides.’

Dylan, with a younger sister named Carys (age 21.5) and an older brother Cameron (from his dad’s earlier marriage to actress Diandra Luka), is continually increasing his presence in the public spotlight.

After completing his political science degree at Brown University in 2022, Dylan has been spearheading a podcast titled “Young Americans”. He’s been making numerous guest appearances on television and radio shows to publicize this program.

In due time, the “nepotism kid,” who is the offspring of two Academy Award-winning performers, is set to launch his on-screen acting career in the psychological thriller titled “I Will Find You,” helmed by director Jacob Arden.

According to Variety, Dylan expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating that he found the character’s intricacy and richness appealing.

I’m excited to breathe life into this character and be involved in a venture that challenges the norms.

Without a doubt, Catherine, Dylan’s mom, is a highly accomplished British actress who gained widespread recognition in the ’90s for her leading role in the beloved ITV series, The Darling Buds of May.

After my captivating performance in The Mask of Zorro, I found myself stepping into the spotlight of Hollywood, sharing the screen with none other than the talented Antonio Banderas and the legendary Anthony Hopkins. What a thrilling journey it has been!

Immediately following her triumph at Zoro, she encountered Michael Douglas at the Deauville Film Festival in France. Their affection blossomed, and they tied the knot in a grand wedding at The Plaza Hotel in 2000.

Subsequently, Catherine appeared in the movie “Entrapment” alongside Sean Connery, and later secured an Oscar win for her role in “Chicago” in 2002.

In the previous year, Catherine mentioned that she and Michael decided to sell their $12 million property in New York City as their children had grown up and moved out.

During my chat with The Wall Street Journal, I mentioned that when I bought our house in Irvington, I had a feeling that our family would create countless joyful moments here, and indeed, we have!
