As a longtime admirer and ardent fan of Hollywood royalty, I can’t help but feel a profound sense of warmth and admiration upon reading about the love story between Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas. Their shared birthday on September 25 only adds to the romantic mystique surrounding their relationship.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and her spouse, Michael Douglas, have celebrated their birthdays by sharing heartfelt messages praising one another on social media.

On Instagram on Wednesday, both partners, born on the same date, September 25th, posted heartfelt tributes expressing love for one another in celebration of their special day.

Actor from Wales, aged 55, shared an old picture celebrating their birthdays twenty-five years back, marking the early stages of their relationship with Michael, now 80 years old.

Michael embraced Catherine warmly, planting a gentle kiss on her cheek, as she returned a radiant smile towards the lens.

She titled the post: ‘Celebrating both Michael’s and my birthday today! Here we were 25 years back! Love you deeply.’

Additionally, Catherine disclosed that the image was captured by their friend Jean Pigozzi, a skilled photographer, while they were both enjoying a nighttime excursion in New York City.

A woman with two children, who co-parents with Michael, recently uploaded a monochrome photo of him on her Instagram stories, accompanied by the message: “Wishing you a Happy Birthday, my dear husband.

In the meantime, Michael shared an impressive photo of Catherine, captioned: “To my birthday twin, I adore you wholeheartedly! Wishing you a fantastic new year!

In the comments section, Catherine replied: ‘Thank you sweetheart!!!!’ 

In the early part of this very year, I found myself sharing a heartfelt story on the popular daytime talk show, Lorraine, in May, where I confessed that it was then when I truly recognized my partner as ‘the one.’

As Michael Douglas reminisced, he found himself traveling back through time, cherishing the moment when his affection for Catherine bloomed, and that shared love, unquestionably, was golf.

In conversation with Ross King, he mentioned that Catherine has a fondness for golf, and interestingly enough, it was their shared love for golf that brought them closer initially.

Initially, things seemed promising, so I asked, “What about golf?” To my surprise, she replied with enthusiasm, “I adore golf!” I couldn’t help but exclaim, “You do?” It seems almost unbelievable.

‘Yeah, she’s playing good,’ Michael added.

During our conversation about his exciting, upcoming role as Benjamin Franklin in the AppleTV+ drama miniseries named after him, he shared that it’s been quite enjoyable for him over the past couple of years.

I’ve ventured into realms I’ve never explored before, dabbling in comedy – something I hadn’t attempted previously. Additionally, I’ve never worked with green screens.

In 1998, the celebrated pair crossed paths for the first time at the Deauville Film Festival. It was there that the actor was showcasing his work in “A Perfect Murder,” co-starring with Gwyneth Paltrow.

Catherine was there supporting her film The Mask of Zorro with Antonio Banderas.

Michael famously told her soon after they met, ‘I want to father your children.’

The couple wed at The Plaza in New York City in year 2000 and welcomed son Dylan, 23, and daughter Carys, 20, soon after. 

Michael also has son Cameron, 44, from a previous marriage.
