Catherine Tyldesley Sizzles in Blue Bikini
During a break from filming, Catherine Tyldesley was spotted sporting a deep-necked blue bathing suit while relaxing on the beach. This outing marks her upcoming return to Coronation Street.
On Saturday, the actress, who is now 41 years old, spent a delightful day with her family. This special day included a heartwarming, romantic photo opportunity with her spouse, Tom Pitfield, near the shoreline.
They also took a selfie with their daughter – Iris Ella, three – in shallow waters.
Catherine has been filming for new ITV drama Protection ahead of returning to Coronation Street.
She captioned the sweet snaps: ‘My family came over to visit me for a week.
Overwhelmed as they’ve been here, I’ve made every effort to meet up with them. Yet, fortunately, we had an entire day together yesterday.

The actress went to express her appreciation for the day, as it had given her fresh memories, filled her heart, and rekindled her feelings of gratitude.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I must share that while the specific location of our recent family outing remains undisclosed, it’s clear that the United Kingdom has been graced with some delightful warmth this past April. The sunny weather certainly added an extra sparkle to our day!
She mentioned her spouse and companions (who aren’t famous), and stated about their outing: “It was absolutely fantastic!
I appreciate your long journey and for being an amazing dad, allowing me time with our little ones.
‘It meant the world to me. See y’all in a few weeks!’
Catherine’s return to the cobbles is long-awaited as she was last in Weatherfield in 2018.
In that particular year, Eva Price, her character, moved to France to reside with her mother, Stella, after the heartbreaking demise of Aidan Connor.
Since then, Catherine has taken on various acting roles, yet it wasn’t until recently that the circumstances seemed right for her comeback to Coronation Street, a role she reportedly yearns for.

According to a source, when the suggestion for Eva’s comeback was presented to Catherine, it was an offer that was simply too enticing to resist.
‘She’ll start filming again in summer and be back on screen for autumn.
‘She’s so excited and can’t wait to get back on the cobbles.
‘It’s definitely not going to be a storyline to miss.’
Catherine kicked off her acting journey all the way back in 2005, following her graduation from the Birmingham School of Acting.
Over time, she’s accumulated several significant roles beyond Coronation Street. For instance, she played Iris Moss in the BBC series Lillies (2007), and more recently, she portrayed Karen Norris in the BBC comedy Scarborough (2019).
