TopMob Magazine and artist Don Toliver are teaming up to launch Issue 37, ‘The Architects Issue,’ with a special event in New York City. Instead of a typical launch party, they’re creating an immersive experience inspired by Toliver’s cover story, transforming CART Department’s Free Parking gallery into a car-focused pop-up.

A24’s new horror film, directed by 20-year-old Kane Parsons, is based on his popular online series. The cast also includes Renate Reinsve, an Oscar nominee known for her work in Sentimental Value, alongside Finn Bennett (A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms), Lukita Maxwell (Shrinking), and Mark Duplass (The Morning Show).
